We’ve ordered carpet from Metro Carpet and Floors on a couple occasions and have been very pleased. With our last order, the manufacturer made an error with the dimensions. I mentioned to Eli that I was hoping to have the room carpeted before a party we were having that weekend. He said he would see what he could do. Sure enough, he worked with the manufacturer and had the carpet installed a couple days later. Great customer service!

Great experience start to finish. This is my third time getting carpet from Metro flooring and I’ve always had a good experience with them. They are friendly, professional, did a great job on install. I have absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

They brought over a few sample boards and I chose one that is perfect for my space. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience!

Love the new flooring that they installed, they were very efficient and got the old floors tore out and installed the new in one day ! I would highly recommend this company. I will be using this company for future updates in my home!
