Just re-signed our lease for the 6th time, absolutely love the community and the convenience of being downtown and accessible to freeways. I have to give a special shout out to Justin in Maintenance. He is fast, gets the job done, and cleans up when he's done. The whole management team has changed over the years, but they have landed on an awesome, professional, and caring team. The entire complex has undergone and is still undergoing some major renovations and I am here for it! You can't find a better community, where you truly feel like you're at home!

I've been here three years. Well managed. Continuously improving the Amenities and landscape. Keeping us informed of maintenance, improvements and construction. Regularly providing extra perks such as free ice cream and community parties with refreshments (before Covid19). Great maintenance service. I've never any major problems since I've been here. Hands down the best location in the City! Watch beautiful sunrises and sunset over the river from your window! Great Amenities and resort-like features. Convenience Store owner is great. If they don't have something, he'll get it! Excellent customer service. Fantastic gated community. Now newly updated Marina! Love it here.

I am glad that my husband and I chose the Riverfront for Downtown living after we sold our house. The property is beautifully kept, staff is always helpful and pleasant, and even during these times of pandemic they were available and ready to assist. It is in a great location and despite us being able to have experienced some of the amenities due to the virus, we are satisfied. If all goes well we will give the Riverfront another year, hopefully the world will be in a better place.

ORLEANS LANDING REVIEWS

Ryan was amazing! He took time to see us the same day we requested a tour. He called me immediately. He was super friendly, he remembered my dog’s breed and my fiancés name. Very nice guy. He talked about his 4 year old daughter, and his mini Aussie doodle. The property was beautiful. My favorite was the flooring and the lights in the units. The patio is very nice, huge closet and a huge washer and dryer! The apartment has a lot of security features, and free ev charging. Unfortunately the area isn’t really for us because it’s super busy being right next to the outdoor adventure center, and our dog has high anxiety, but loves to be outside. Other than that, it’s perfect and Ryan made us feel very welcomed!

My living experience at Orleans Landing has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is always so welcoming. Upon my arrival into the main office I was greeted by the maintenance tech Eric. Whom happened to be person I needed to speak with in regards to my problem. I explained to Eric, the issue I was having with my faucet. Eric addressed the problem expeditiously. The repair was fixed in a timely manner. Eric was extremely helpful. He answered all 102 questions I had in regards the repair that he just completed. I’m very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you again Eric for going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Thank you Orleans Landing for having knowledgeable & helpful staff to make stay enjoyable.

Ryan showed me around yesterday and he didn’t even mind that I brought my puppy Pepper with me. He was very patient. He showed me two units and I loved both of them now I just have to decide which one I want. It’s in a very good location near the Waterfront and it’s quiet. THE PAVILION REVIEWS

When I stumbled upon The Pavilion last year, I knew I had found a tucked away gem in the city of Detroit. The surrounding area is calm and peaceful. The staff and tenants are super nice and helpful. And the amenities are more than I was expecting to have. If you’re looking for a ‘home’ come to The Pavilion.

The staff at the Pavilion in Detroit’s Lafayette Park is wonderful! I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the building by the concierge, building engineers and even the person watering the plants. Javonte from the leasing office was especially helpful. Her kindness and bright personality made visiting and applying for a lease an enjoyable experience. The property is wonderful! The view from our future home includes a skyline view of downtown, green space in Lafayette Park, and the international border of the Detroit River and into Canada.

Chris Turner is awesome. Knows The Pavilion inside out. His tour of the building covered everything you'd possibly want to know, was welcoming without pressure. If you're looking to rent a great apartment with a multitude of amenities in a perfect setting - call and make an appointment now!
