This review is regarding the maintenance crew only. Jason was very helpful when I first moved in. My stove wasnt working, and he was able to fix it. As well, my dishwasher stopped working entirely, and he and another member of the crew got me a new one within a couple days and installed it very quickly.
Been here a yr and have had very little to zero issues. Have some rowdy upstairs neighbors but other than that, very satisfied. Maintenance is always very quick and professional and not to mention I love my apt! Hopefully it stays this way!
Best maintenance staff ever. Super responsive, friendly, and they give treats to my dogs. Office staff is really nice and helpful. Seeing lots of improvements. No complaints.
