I have always had an awesome experience with Meineke on Prospect in Peoria in the past, so when my car need an alignment I chose Meineke again. They are the best. No hidden charges, explained what needed to be done to my car and even tried to do things to save me money. They gave me an estimate and when I came back for the service, it turned out to be a bit cheaper. Extremely knowledgeable. I definitely won't take my car to any other place.

Every time I take my vehicle to meinekee I am beyond happy. They are always very kind and straight forward. It's good to know you can trust someone with your car and they're not just trying to get one over on you. Thanks for another great experience.

Store manager, Rich Yelm, provided top notch service!! I arrived toward the end of the day without an appointment. Rich determined very quickly that a car I had rented from Enterprise had a slow leak in one of the tires. Ironically, the same exact thing had happened to me in August on another Enterprise rental car... and Rich had helped me then. I shared with him that I had opted to not add the Roadside Assistance Protection because what were "the odds of it happening again?" Well, after finding a small screw in the tire, Rich had me back on the road in little over half an hour. PLUS... there was NO CHARGE to me because he had contacted Enterprise and they covered the repair!! THAT is service over & above. I couldn't recommend CarX on University in Peoria more highly. And... note to management... Rich Yelm is an asset to your company and deserves a raise.

Blew a tire and have another going out. Called trying to last minute find my tire size in stock, it's going on closed, the service guy Rick was with another customer so I was told they'd call back. Didn't expect a call back so close to closing, but Rick called back, found my tire size and already has them on the way. So far they have come in clutch. (Update) not even 24hrs later my car is back on the road and my bank account isn't empty. Definitely recommend.

Came in with coolant leak, Tim was very helpful through the process of getting it fixed and answered all of the questions we had promptly, got my car fixed within hours overall was great experience I’d recommend Tim to anyone who goes to car X.
