I recently moved into Timberlane Apartments where I was interested with the property when I got to know I have to move here in Peoria, IL due to work after graduating , and I want to give a big shoutout to Kayla and Carson from the leasing team! From the very first interaction, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Since I was moving from another state, I couldn’t made it to Peoria for the in person tour so they gave me a virtual tour over Microsoft Teams, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease during a big transition. Both Kayla and Carson went above and beyond to make the move-in process as smooth as possible. They were always responsive , professional and supportive, guiding me through every step and making sure everything was ready when I arrived. Thanks to them, settling into Timberlane felt effortless. I’m really happy to be a resident here, and I truly appreciate the welcoming experience they provided. I moved back to Timberlane Apts after being a homeowner for 20+ years. It was a great place to live back then, and it has only gotten better. The staff (office and maintenance) are always friendly and helpful. When you walk into the office, unless they are taking care of another tenant or would-be tenant, they stop what they are doing to handle whatever issue I may have. They even caught my cat that had gotten out by accident and was lost for about 5 days. I love this place and the people who work here!.

Thank you to Ryan, our maintenance technician, for going the extra mile! Very professional, timely service on a refrigerator breakdown. I was at work during the maintenance call, but I come back to a new fridge and I open it up to see all the food put back and organized. That's just professional service and I'm thankful. I’ve had a great experience living at The Village on University in Peoria. The apartments are well-maintained, spacious, and offer a comfortable living environment with modern amenities. The location is super convenient—close to campus, shopping, and restaurants, which made daily life really easy. The staff is friendly and responsive to maintenance requests, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Whether you’re a student or a young professional, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a reliable and enjoyable place to live!.

A great place to live. Reasonably priced apartments, the leasing staff, maintenance, and groundskeepers are all wonderful and nice, willing to help and maintenance always comes right away with any issues. I’ve been living here for 5 years and haven’t had any problems. The area is nice, kind of hidden behind the busiest area of Peoria. It’s in the city so you would be near everything. The neighborhood has a public pool and playground area and my neighbors are all respectful, and friendly.

Attentive on maintenance, always responds quickly when contacted, office staff are always pleasant to speak with, friendly and keep their word, Kelsie helped a tremendous amount. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Not only have I not had any problems but I’ve had a very positive experience living at The Village, would definitely recommend!.
