I booked my appointment online and the day before the appointment I received an email with a 2 hour window. When the technician was on the way (early!) I received a text with his name and a picture of him. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my washer, he was out of here in about 90 minutes. Really nice guy, his name is Mike. Very knowledgeable and didn’t mind me asking a bunch of questions. When we used it the first time after the repair we had an issue with the door locking mechanism. Since the front cover of the washer had to be removed to replace the part, the door latch went out of line. I called and he came back and fixed it at no charge. Wasn’t even here for 5 minutes that time. Would not hesitate to call Mr. Appliance back if I need any other repairs.

Extremely easy process, with excellent service. Had our 4 year old washing machine quit on us, and our technician, Hunter was here the next morning. Within 30 minutes, he diagnosed the problem. Three days later, he was back with the part and had it installed and running in 15 minutes. For less than half the cost of a new washer of similar quality, we were back in business. We never had to leave the house, nor clean any sort of mess afterward. Hunter was great and I highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Green Bay.

They came out and fixed my dishwasher in record time. We needed to have a part ordered and it was here within a week and they scheduled us right away to have the technician, Michael, come out it together. He was very kind and personable. Would definitely recommend their services.

A neighbor was looking for a place to get their dishwasher repaired and I recommended Appliance Services. They repaired the ice maker in our fridge 2 years ago and did an excellent job.

Awesome service. Needed a range delivered because Costco was set to take over 2 weeks for delivery. Spoke with Jon and he got me an upgraded range at a good cost - delivered the next day.

One call and they picked out a new stove for my rental unit and scheduled instalation. Very fast and dependable.

I had Whirlpool refrigerator stop cooling while under warranty. The technician came 2 days after placing call checked unit and ordered electronic parts. With 4th of July holiday falling in there the return trip with parts took few extra days. Technician came back with parts, replaced them and explained what to do if service was still needed. The refrigerator is now working great. took a little longer than I would have liked from start to finish, but end result is the most important and it is positive. Another ATTA-BOY for technician.

Our technician, Charles was great! He was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem with our ice maker and fixed it the same day. He was even able to give us some advice to help our water pressure issue we were having with the door water dispenser.

Charles did an excellent job looking at every detail of my refrigerator to diagnosis the problems I was having. He was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Excellent job! Thank you Charles.
