I've been to uBreakiFix a few times before, BUT not for this problem, My phone for NO REASON locked up, and I never set it up for any pass code, I tried Myself to look on YouTube for a way to unlock it, turns out that every video was no help. When I went to uBreakiFix, it took them 20 minutes to unlock it, and they told Me that the Videos I looked at had Me pressing the WRONG buttons to set it back to Factory settings, and they also told Me My phone locked up just because, and soe phone WILL do that. I will ALWAYS use them for any of My tech items.

Brought my phone in, on a packer Game Sunday two hours before close. My phone screen was estimated to take 2 hours, the guy kindly told me I likey wouldn't have my phone done and available for pick up until the next day which I was fine with. They got it done 15 minutes to closing time and I was able to pick my phone up the same day. Phone works great, they were curtious and prompt with service. Even informed me that I may get free cleanings with my phone insurance.

My computer repair was handled expertly. I am extremely pleased with the service I received at uBreakiFix. Excellent communication, excellent repair (with options) at a reasonable price. Highly recommend to anyone in need of help with their device.

Great service! I had Dan fix a few issues for me earlier this year. He did it remotely all while on the phone with me, explaining everything he was doing. Today I had an emergency issue while in the middle of booking flights and rental car. Called Dan, he was on another call. I left a detailed message of my problem. Within minutes I received a text from Dan, telling me to ty this, this and this... If that doesn't work, to call him back. His suggestions fixed my problem, txt him back to say so. He replied no problem, have a great day! That is service!

I was having trouble accessing my Gmail from my MacBook Air and, after an update to my Operating System, my Internet access was sporadic. Dan quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issues. He also gave me tips to maintain my laptop's health and to keep my email box from overflowing. I highly recommend him! Thanks, Dan!

Dan is a great, great guy. Upgraded my computer to 11. Comes right to the house, no hauling the computer anywhere. Gives a warrantee and is just a call away. I can see everything is working before he leaves. Knows his stuff!!!

CAMERA CORNER REVIEWS

Stopped by on my way through Green Bay- extremely kind employees offered to lend a hand but I was just there to look. Lots of lenses and rentals, computers and very good prices. I was in need of an obscure, outdated product for a film camera that I didn’t see on the shelves and a gentleman went to his desk and handed me one he saved from ‘back in the day’, free of charge. Such kind people- and definitely a cool store. I will absolutely be back.

Ric saved the day for me. I accidently formatted a prized memory card, and he helped me recover my files. Not only that, but he reassured me and helped me calm down about the potential issues this would have caused me if he wasn't able to recover. I am incredibly thankful and will never make this mistake again but will send anyone to Ric who might!

Thank you so much for picking me up to win the tickets to the Green Bay Blizzards game on July 18th at the Resch center. My family and I are looking forward to attending the game and cheering them on. Much appreciated!
