We had our homes sewer back up one evening and we had to call a plumber on emergency rates. Two hours and many hundreds of dollars later , he gave up without fixing it. Tony was very professional and answered all the questions asked. He worked diligently to unclog our drains, but was unable do to original construction issues. He described what needed to be done and we will proceed from there. Brandon came as a follow up to Tony's comments. He was also very professional and listened closely to what I had to say. We determined that the plug had been moved to the point where our sinks were draining well and no further work was needed. He saved us a lot and made us feel comfortable with the result. Several days after this drain issue, our hot water heater developed a leak and we wanted a replacement. Todd came the very same day we called and gave us 3 estimates for replacement. One of which was a tankless heater. That is what we opted for. Todd came early the next morning and worked steadily to get it installed and functioning. He was very professional and I would recommend him and Hockers for all plumbing work.
