HOLIDAY THORNTON PLACE REVIEWS

My mother and I visited Thornton Place and had a wonderful experience! Aaron, the Executive Director, was very attentive to my mother and answered all of our questions. We were able to have lunch, and had a tasty, well plated meal. The residents were welcoming, the facility appeared clean and the outdoor spaces were well maintained.

When helping someone make a decision on their new home, emotions are high but the staff here made it so simple and relaxed! My father has been here just a week and already settled, made friends, staff all know his name, and feels like HOME!.

Awesome place!! If you are looking for a retirement community, check out Thornton place. The grounds are beautiful. The staff are amazing. Everyone who lives in the community are super sweet and very active!.

Just helped move my in-laws this week and have been beyond impressed with the staff. They have been kind, understanding, and helpful. A massive amount of appreciation to Don, Ron, Sharon, Cassandra, and Darlene. Between Ron and Darlene, my mother in law has been more active in the past four days than in the past three years. I’m relieved to know they are in a place that will look out for their well being.

We play a fiddle show there once a month and the people love it. The place is beautiful and homie. There are always lots of Staff looking out for the needs of the residents. Plenty of activities to keep everyone engaged.

Overall experience at the Capital Ridge location from start to finish was Amazing. Its a beautiful property, the staff was friendly, knew the residents names, laughted,.and were full of smiles. The attentiveness and decication to the residents ,won our hearts over in knowing we're choosing the right place.

ALDERSGATE VILLAGE LIFE PLAN COMMUNITY REVIEWS

My parents live in one of the privately owned houses on the campus. They love it. The place is quiet, nicely kept, and the staff have always been friendly, helpful, and go over and above expectations. Nice walking trails, good place to eat if you want, and great activities to keep them involved. Great place!.

My sister in law's grandmother passed away at a hundred years old. Aldersgate did a phenomenal job. They were very accommodating to the family and with all of the arrangements Things that were needed for the services. The place was very beautiful. And there was many that were on staff to accommodate and help all of the people who showed up.

I am so glad this is where my Grandmama spent her final 1.5 years. The staff were attentive, caring, thoughtful and so kind. The facility is beautiful, clean, well maintained and meets a variety of needs as resident's needs change. Aldersgate will always have a special place in my heart!.
