Came looking for a new lift chair for my Great Uncle with pretty heavy physical ailments. Jason got right in it and stuck with us through all of the ratings and searching and got my Great Uncle a very nice chair at an ureal price. What a blessing! I know where to tell everyone to take their business! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! ASK FOR JASON!!!.

I just ordered an amazing custom made.dining room table, chairs, and China cabinet that are Amish made. I can't thank Mary S. enough! She was fantastic! Helped me design it from the floor up and was very patient with my questions as we figured out exactly what I wanted. I will return for any furniture needs I may have in the future ! Thank you.

Kristo Bolton is a great salesperson and was extremely helpful in purchasing my sofa and picking out fabrics. Be sure to ask for him when visiting the furniture mall.

Megan was very honest, knowledgeable, personable and I would most definitely recommend Ashely Home Store Topeka to family and friends for their furniture and home decor needs. Thank you ladies and all the team at this store for your professionalism and love of the work you do.

I love Ashley furniture and the employees at the Topeka KS store are amazing! Within a few minutes their salesperson found exactly what I was looking for and had delivery and setup arranged in 8 days. Woo Hoo!!! Plus, as an extra bonus she saved me money. I think Ashley furniture is very reasonably priced. I have a house full of Ashley furniture and everyone who enters my home mentions how beautiful my furniture is. Always check at Ashley’s first.

For the first time in a long time I had an extremely positive experience with a retail store. The staff was all extremely helpful. They were honest with me about my questions and concerns. And we ended up walking out with what we both thought was a good deal. I would definitely recommend checking out Ashley home store for any of your furnishing needs.

Hands down the best customer service I have gotten at any place. If I could give 10 stars I would. Bob (I believe was his name) took his time, didn't rush me, gave honest opinions on what he liked and disliked about certain pieces. We even talked about the good ole days. Just a very pleasant experience. If you want quality furniture at unbeatable prices, this is the place.

Was greeted upon entering the store. Ended up talking with Nick about the current sale. He looked up the item we wanted to ensure they had them in the warehouse. Mybwife and I decided to get them with Nick as our salesman. Fantastic customer service from him, quick transaction. Will definitely be back towards with Nick when redoing our next room.

I needed a bed and couch overnight and they made sure to work with me to get what I needed at a fair price. My furniture was on time next day as promised. Great selection as well. Will definitely be back.
