THE RESIDENCES AT AUBURN HILLS REVIEWS

I’ve lived at Auburn Hills for about three years, and I wanted to provide an updated review. The first two years weren’t the best, but this past year has been a much better experience. Recently, we had quite a bit of snow, and I was impressed with how quickly the complex cleared it out. I’ve also noticed that the staff has been especially kind and welcoming. Every time I walk into the office, I’m typically greeted warmly. While there are still some things worth noting, overall, my most recent lease term has been pretty positive.

Great place to live! Everything you are looking for in a great apartment complex. Trinaty is a great example of how a property manager should treat residents. Have had multiple issues with the BILT app, have had issues with pet fees, late fees and she is always willing to help and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Encourage any resident to seek her help if needed!! Overall its a great place to live and make memories, and the people that work here make you feel at home!.

Sara is the best! As a vendor she is always very prepared and organized. She's easy to work with and always in a good mood ready to help at a moments notice! Phenomenal asset for Auburn Hills!.

THE OVERLOOK REVIEWS

The Overlook was by far my favorite apartment complex that I toured in Topeka to date. The community felt very safe and secure. The outside of the complex as well as the landscaping was clean and maintained. Not to mention the units are absolutely beautiful. I definitely recommend giving this complex a look if you are looking for a perfect one bedroom spot!.

Jaelyn was so helpful working with me getting my application together and getting through some humps I had . The overlook staff is just so pleasant to work with and so friendly. I can’t wait to move into my new apartment for nursing school in the Fall . I already feel so safe and at home coming from out of state . Of all the places I looked into from getting information to actually making a decision to complete my application fully the Overlook has been the best . Thank you Jaelyn !! I cannot be more grateful and blessed for this opportunity to continue my childhood dream as a young child with Leukemia and now an 18 year survivor going back to become the loving caring nurse I had when I was on treatment !!!.

I love my home at The Overlook! My apartment is very roomy with lots of storage. I love having a washer and dryer so I don’t have to run to the laundromat. I feel safe here. My neighbors are friendly. It’s a great place to walk my dogs. The staff is always friendly and willing to listen and help. It has easy highway access and lots of shopping/restaurants close by. And last but not least, it has the best views of sunrises, sunsets and storms!!! Great place to live!.

OAKBROOK TERRACE APARTMENTS REVIEWS

Well kept, quiet, and friendly neighbors. Property manager is kind and great to work with. Spacious one bedroom apartment. The living space is large and so is the bedroom with a big walk in closet. Bathroom is small but I am 6'1" and have space to move. Kitchen is small but efficient and very nice new fridge. If you like to cook prepare for extra storage space for pots and pans. Bought cheap IKEA four tier shelf.

Im very very happy here, Brenda is a amazing manger she always there when we really need her. we went to stay here as long as we can Brenda is a amazing boss. she Really cares for people & works Reaylly heard to help anyone. she is an amazing person .

The staff was helpful and friendly! The apartment was spacious and looked well maintained. The pool looked inviting and they have an exercise room. It looks like a great place to live!.
