They give actual quotes on what's going on, and let you pick and choose what services you need. They didn't try to push or force anything and were extremely transparent. Their notes are detailed, and they share their notes with you so that you can be up to date with what's going on! Our vehicle was safe there, and the staff and environment feel safe. I do not regret going here. The prices for labor and parts were fair. They appeared open to conversations about what is being used or recommended, and why. They don't do any body work, but the services they do provide are amazing. Our vehicle feels safer, and our turning signal actually works now! Ben is a stand up guy - Christian owner, and has integrity in how he conducts his business. Jacob maintains communication with how things are going. I had an air conditioner replaced, and just this week had hydraulics in my back hatch replaced, and other work for another vehicle. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment for a noise my car was making. Jacob responded to me very quickly. In the mean time, that noise turned into an emergency. I asked Jacob if I could tow the car in now, and he got me in early and they inspected my car and reported back. He was very transparent about the costs. The inspection report was incredibly thorough and easy to understand, pictures and all. No pressuring to do other works, just informed me of what should come up next. Shorey Automotive is an outstanding local auto repair garage that treated a cross-country traveler like a long time customer. My van was overheating and owner Mike's expert diagnosis identified my partially plugged radiator as the cause. The cause would not have been found by most garages. We limped there at 3 pm on a Thursday, the cause was identified and a new radiator ordered by Mark for Friday mid-morning delivery, and we were back on the road at 1 pm Friday. In less than 24 hours, my major overheating issue was identified and permanently solved! We can't thank Shorey Automotive enough for there expertise, integrity and honesty.
