Staff are responsive to patients’ needs (many being proactive in checking with the patient to determine those needs). They are professional but friendly. Glenbrook has an excellent diversified activities program that can appeal to the interests of all patients.

Patients at Glenbrook Health Center are in very good hands. My experience with this entire team has been nothing short of stellar. Communication is excellent and proactive, this team is knowledgeable with many years of expertise. Surely one of north county San Diego's finest skilled nursing facilities. This SNF is very clean, and the team here friendly and attentive. Every interaction I've had has been positive. I'd recommend this SNF to others in a heartbeat. The Independent Living and Assisted Living and memory care areas are equally as impressive. We are fortunate to have this organization that is taking such good care of our elders in our community.
