I really enjoyed the tour with Kathleen. She was kind, professional, and incredibly positive, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we absolutely fell in love with the quaint property. The apartment checked all the boxes: friendly staff, great neighbors, an open-concept layout, a nice balcony, plenty of natural light, a pool, gym, and spacious rooms. Most importantly, the location is fantastic—close to the beach, shops, and entertainment. My only concern is the specific location within the complex. I’d prefer a more private spot with a nice view, away from street noise or direct views into other units. Still, I was very impressed overall and would love the opportunity to move in. Once the specific unit I'm hoping for becomes available, I’ll move in immediately. Above all, I truly appreciate Kathleen and Michelle for making us feel so welcome. It’s those thoughtful touches that make a big difference when choosing a new home—knowing you’re genuinely valued.

We lived there for over 2.5 years and Tony's (Head of Maintenance) great and professional leadership, including excellent customer service will always be greatly appreciated. He pays attention to detail and made sure that we were always satisfied for services in our home. From Day 1 to moving out on the last day, his customer service and kindness always makes the day better and Avenue at Carlsbad is lucky to have him be part of the team. In addition, Kathleen (Head of Community Management), always returned my calls or emails timely and was always willing to "work with us" when technology may have failed or we faced a challenge, her attentiveness and great customer service will always be greatly appreciated. Both minimized the little stressful life events with courtesy and grace!! We'll miss all of the attentive staff at the Avenue at Carlsbad.

Living here is and has been absolutely fine. Things are taken care of and clean pool area. and Jacuzzi, always in great shape, exercise room. No problems, general area landscaping etc in good shape. My only complaint and it's not your fault, is My apartment looks right down on the Carlsbad Mall and , especially in the late evening, the noise from the road below is sometimes ridiculous, very loud motorcycles And cars racing.

Pacific View Apartments is a wonderful place to live! The front desk and leasing folks are always helpful and provide prompt notice regarding complex-wide matters (Tree trimming, surface repavement, facility closures, food trucks on-site, etc.). Omar, Jose, and the rest of the maintenance staff always work efficiently and effectively to address any maintenance concerns while remaining conscientious each step of the way. Lastly, the grounds are beautifully kept! Management invests in the complex looking great and being a place people want to live and the tenants certainly notice and appreciate that effort!.

My boyfriend and I have really enjoyed our time living at Pacific View. The grounds are always kept in fantastic shape (feels like living at a resort) and the maintenance crew is awesome. You can submit a request and they will be there in 24h. Omar and Jose have helped me quite a bit and they are always super friendly and happy to assist with any maintenance needed around our apartment. 5/5 all around!.

Great apartment building and good management. The apartment is quiet, we hardly hear our neighbours. The management is very responsive. They made our move from NY much easier as finding apartments remotely was challenging. All maintenance requests are getting addressed quickly. We had a few people fixing stuff for us, Omar was among them and did an outstanding job.
