We love the Arhaus Carlsbad location! Yvette was so helpful when we were deciding on a sideboard cabinet for our home which we purchased along with some additional home decor items. Her knowledge really helped us with our decision, making for a great shopping experience! In addition, the delivery service was excellent. We plan on future purchases at this location!

We remodeled our house and looked at several places. Arhaus was our favorite by far. The quality and look of their furniture is a stand out. We bought several pieces from them and are beyond happy. Yvette was great to work with and helped us with our decisions.

From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a warm hello and immediately walked to the The mattress department. As that was my focus for the day I was directed towards the same mattress my mother had purchased a few years back, and Then it was suggested based on what my needs were, looking for a smaller standard version for my mom during her rehab, It was suggested that an adjustable bed be purchase, after explaining to me the benefits I agreed that that was a great option to go with. Being that I needed the bed on Sunday and the warehouse was closed. I was able to get the bed picked up and delivered by a family member. Banafsha Was delightful and walked me through the entire sales process with ease, she made me feel as though I was the most important customer in the store, and I very much appreciated her attention. She’s a gym and should be rewarded for her courtesy, her attention to detail, and truly offering A+ service thank you.

We were very impressed with Bee. She introduced herself and offered to help with any questions we had, but gave us the autonomy to explore the store rather than chasing us or trying to lead our decisions as so many other sellers do at other establishments. She showed up at opportune times to help answer questions, but read the room and gave us the space we needed to make our final choices and then helped us organize our delivery. She was professional, personable, and respectful of our time and needs. We had a terrific experience, and we will ask for her again when we shop for other furniture in the future.
