I had PM Jacob and his crew Preston and Bernie replace 4 Windows and a sliding door. The end result was absolutely Beautiful. The workmen were polite, Efficient and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. They had previously installed my 6 front windows. I appreciate they will one window or the whole house which allowed me to break the job down into chunks. In a while, I’ll have them come back and replaced my front door and six more windows.

We could not have chosen a better company to deal with for replacing our windows. From the first estimator to the installation people everyone exceeded our expectations! The pricing was competitive with other companies, and the quality of work exceptional. They treated our new hard wood floors with care, putting down covers everywhere, and final clean up of the windows and work areas was perfect! We honestly cannot think of one thing we would improve! Valentin leading the install crew was the best!!! Give them a shot at your project and you will write a similar review.

A great family owned local business. They are small enough that the company owner, Evan, came to my house and quickly measured and provided some cost-effective suggestions that improved on my original plan. Large enough that they employ numerous skilled installers who do the job right the first time. They have no sales team or advertising because they do not need it. I have already recommended them to several people who have or will use Pelican. You can’t miss with Pelican!

Highly recommend this company for any of your window needs. Evan came out to give us a bid and helped design a window to replace a French door. It even has a place for a doggy door. Everything went smoothly AND quickly from order to installation. Great company, great price and great product. Thanks Pelican!

Great job on installing our new front door, looks great. Thanks to Patty for helping us select the door and to the installation crew that came out to measure and later install. Great job! I could of bought a door and found a contractor to install the door and saved some money, but when I saw how complex it is to install an exterior door, I know I made the right decision. And guess what, the door opens and closes so smoothly, the new lock that they installed works like a charm. I've heard of so many bad stories of door installs but mine was not one of them. Experience counts! And the installation crew found a 12 year Milgard window that was fogged and put in an order to replace. Never noticed the fogged window until it was pointed out to me.

We had almost all of our Windows replaced as well as our front door. Stacy and his team did an outstanding job. They also did some stucco work for us as we re-configured the front of our house. They were on time and focused on both the install and protecting our home while they did there work. Every project hits a bump in the road and we had a couple of issues that were quickly resolved. So happy to have a Supplier stand behind their product as well as their craftmanship. We have gotten a lot of compliments from people walking and even driving by our home since our window and door install. We sought numerous quotes from 3 different Providers and we are pleased that we went with US Window and door.

Highly recommend US Window & Door Carlsbad, we had an excellent experience with a whole house window & door replacement. Quality workmanship, five stars for the entire team! From start to finish, they did an amazing job. Our windows and doors arrived quickly from Milgard and the job was completed faster than expected. I chose US Window & Door for my own house and also for my client's homes since they are a local, family owned business.
