It was great. Chad went through all the options and recommended my insurance one as the best for me which was a cheaper one than going through him. He even had the staff work with my insurance 3rd party to get it arranged so I could still use Hearing Life with their price.

The receptionist is so friendly and kind, the audioligist is knowledgeable and friendly and has explained everything to me . I am very happy I came to this office.

Danielle is always so helpful and willing to try to improve anything that can be changed. Cheerful too.
