SOUTHSIDE ANIMAL HOSPITAL REVIEWS
Had the best experience at Southside Animal Hospital with my dog Bean who is extremely nervous and sometimes reactive at vets. Where other practices have given up on trying to get blood draws or give vaccines, Dr. Joyce and staff were so patient and gentle and took all the time needed to get Bean as comfortable and safe as possible to get the care she needs. I haven't been able to get Bean proper care in years and I'm so grateful to have found the wonderful folks at Southside who I'm absolutely confident in their compassion and knowledge in animal care, especially for a dog with high anxiety. Thank you Dr. Joyce and team! Looking forward to coming back!
Dr. Joyce and all the staff have taken amazing care of oldest dog and caught several things our last vet overlooked. They are so caring, patient and most importantly THOROUGH. We have our other senior dog scheduled to see them soon. They came very highly recommended by some friends and I wish we had made the switch sooner.
Ive taken my cat here a couple times and I have loved the care they provide each time! They are kind and understanding, they explain every detail of my cat's care to me, and they always make sure that he is taken care of. Besides that, they also try to make vet care relatively affordable in comparison to other clinics in the area and that is very appreciated! I would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone in need of care for their furry family member. I feel like they care about my cat as they would their own family.

LAKE LANSING ROAD ANIMAL CLINIC AND PET RESORT REVIEWS
Lake Lansing Road Animal Clinic is great! My dog, Howie, got fixed about a month ago and was under their care for the day. They treated him like their very own pup and made sure he was comfy and stress-free when I picked him up after the surgery. The staff were extremely thorough with the verbal and written instructions on post-op care (and super transparent with all of the pricing beforehand too), and he healed up quickly with very minimal discomfort during the process. They also called to check in on him a few days after the procedure which was super thoughtful. Thanks to the awesome team at this clinic for providing Howie with the best care possible! (He insisted that I add a photo of him…).
I have been bringing my cat here for a few years now, I love the staff and their urgent care visit options. They are very helpful and kind, and happy to answer any questions I’ve had about pet insurance, preventative care, feeding etc. they also advise you about cost up front if you ask, sometimes they will tell you even if you don’t ask. I 100% would recommend.
Staff is wonderful and experienced...very pleasant. The Veterinarian made my Harley feel very comfortable. She explained every procedure to me and answered all my questions about Harley's problem.

WAVERLY ANIMAL HOSPITAL BOARDING & GROOMING REVIEWS
We brought our German Shepherd to Dr. Stuhler for laser treatment, hydrotherapy and acupuncture. She was incredible! She put us and my pup at ease immediately. Landrie has been a total sweetheart and my pup took to both of them immediately. They are caring and open minded. They spend time with my dog and us to really learn what the current situation is and they don’t treat us like a number as our other vet has been doing. My friend Ann referred us and I could not be more grateful. We will continue to drive the 40 minutes without hesitation. I cannot recommend this place enough! 12 out of 10!!
Our 2 year old dog is recovering from a tendon surgery alot slower than our vet liked. We got in quick and had our consultation today at the recovery center! Everyone is so kind and the tec and vet worked so well together by the time we left frayja had calmed down and was enjoying herself!
Another wonderful visit, filled an offered cancellation appointment, which prevented having to wait until next Saturday. My boy had ear infections in both ears and undissolved sutures from surgery done in August. Had some confusion about cost of appointment but chatted with office manager, who listened to my frustration and corrected the misinformation received when I set up appointment yesterday. I really appreciate the compassion and professionalism these busy folks render to my dog.
