PENINSULA HEARING & BALANCE CENTER REVIEWS

I made an appointment for a second opinion on my balance issues. I was welcomed by the front desk personnel, and didn't wait long to meet the doctor. After our thorough discussion, she honestly told me that the first opinion I had gotten was the same as she would share, saving me time and money. I applaud the honesty and transparency that was shared with me.

The Dr's and the staff are so kind and friendly! Most people get a little nervous going to an audiologist, but the staff just makes you feel so comfortable. The waiting room is filled with lovely pictures of the staff and animals. Very comforting. And, of course, Dr.'s Riso and Hernandez are efficient and professional!

Everyone at Peninsula Hearing is so helpful and kind. They provide excellent customer service. Dr. Sarah is an amazing professional. She is knowledgeable on the latest technology and able to share knowledge in a way that is understandable. Choosing Peninsula Hearing was the best decision.

The screening by Dr Oliver was amazingly detailed and extremely helpful in finding terrific hearing aids. Very friendly and informative. Far better evaluation than Costco.

CHEARS HEARING CENTER REVIEWS

Dr. Nicholas Faillace provided my wife with a thorough hearing evaluation and a welcomed diagnosis of NOT having hyperacusis. Dr. Faillace explained why she doesn’t have it and showed us the data from her testing that proved she did not have hyperacusis. He helped us understand how to deal with her sensitivity to loud sounds that most likely is caused by a recent concussion. Dr. Faillace’s professionalism and genuine compassion for a first time patient was well appreciated. My wife also appreciates the doctor’s willingness to share his expertise and work with her behavioral cognitive therapist for treatment.

Great experience with this office! Dr. Nick made me a pair of custom earplugs last year that have completely changed my life at work. When delivering the earplugs we noticed that one of them did not fit properly. Dr. Nick sent it back to the company for an adjustment so that everything was very comfortable for me. To me, a hallmark of a great healthcare professional if not that everything goes perfectly the first time (an unrealistic expectation in medicine), but that they care enough to make things right. Thank you Dr. Nick - I appreciate your care!.

My dad came from Montana and needed help with his hearing aids. Finally found the results needed with Lucia Kearney of ChEARS Hearing Center. She opened up her door even tho she was closed for lunch and was more than efficient and courteous Very grateful !.
