Always had good experience with this optometrist. Been going here since early 2000. My appointment this week was great as well. Appointment was on time and efficient. What really prompted me to write review was the customer service. I have anxiety about picking out glasses. The young lady that helped me out was amazing. Very patient and kind and funny. Wish I would've caught her name to give her a proper shout out. Kudos to you Newport Optometry. Nothing but love. Lol.

I really appreciated the attentiveness, and friendly professional staff and doctors that were able to see me and address my concerns on short notice.

Dr. Chinn and her office staff have been my favorite healthcare professionals in the entire 11 years I have lived in San Diego now. She is extremely detail-oriented and she goes out of her way to address all of the concerns I have had over the years in regards to my eyesight. Her office staff are upbeat, knowledgeable, prompt, and thoughtful in every single interaction I've had over all the years that I've interacted with them. I give my highest recommendation to anyone looking for an eyecare doctor who goes above and beyond every visit to make sure your health is the top priority.

Very friendly and welcoming! Going into my first visit, I had alot of questions. Although Dr. Jenn, Dr. Chinn and staff member Emily were very thorough during the testing process and assisted me with different options that best cater to my needs for vision care. Emily is very informative, knowledgeable, and kind! She goes the extra mile for everyone I've seen her interact with and with myself. 10/10!.

I came to Dr.Chinn for an annual exam after not having had one for a few years. My fiancé was an existing patient and it is in a convenient location. I had such a lovely experience at Dr.Chinn’s office. Very personable, attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this office.

I have been to Lucinda three years in a row. I will tell you, she doesn't suffer fools - so don't be a fool! Ask questions to make sure you understand your insurance and what you are going to pay. Don't be surprised that you are going to pay...it is rare that insurance covers everything. Be on time to your appt. Lucinda helped me get the best price on my contacts (better than online sources) AND, she recommended a way to get a refund that resulted in my getting $200 back. I would NOT have received that without her direction. Go forward with confidence.

I am so very grateful to have Dr. Li as my eye doctor. Not only is she a brilliant doctor but she is also so very kind, compassionate and has a wonderful sense of humor. The front office is run by Nestor who also is very efficient. I highly recommend Eyeloha for your vision needs. Thank you Dr. Li and Nestor.

Dr.Li is truly the best, after I moved up north I continue to travel to her for her care and conversation. She has your best interest in mind and is incredibly skilled at her profession. I recommend her to friends or anyone who needs care.
