Hapa Yoga was started in 2013 by Tina Knight, who is from San Diego. It became a unique yoga and fitness studio quickly. It was the first to have childcare services in the studio. They also had a variety of classes, including prenatal, kids, and mommy & me sessions, along with the usual yoga and fitness classes. In 2016, Hapa Yoga opened a second studio in Eastlake, but it was sold in 2021. Currently, Hapa Yoga is reopened for in-person classes, emphasizing the importance of unity, rejuvenation, and returning to the mat, especially during challenging times. As a hybrid boutique studio, Hapa Yoga caters to various needs by offering classes such as Bootcamp/TRX, Barre + Pilates, and Kids Yoga. The studio is open for indoor classes, all of which focus on stress reduction and injury prevention. Additionally, Hapa Yoga provides online yoga classes, ensuring accessibility to their diverse offerings.

HAPA YOGA REVIEWS
Hapa Yoga is the best! So many amazing things I can say about this place. You feel like you are part of a community, from the front desk to the teachers to the other people in class, everyone is so welcoming. It's great for all levels and there are a ton of different classes that speak to the different levels or even types of workouts if you are looking for more than typical yoga. The teachers all do an amazing job of making sure you feel supported in your practice. The facilities are also great! They take really good care of it and always keep it clean. Major bonus is the padded floors in the rooms too. In addition to the regular schedule of classes they offer a ton of different workshops and special classes throughout the months, bringing in guest teachers or people who specialize in their practice. I love going to Hapa and would highly recommend it to anyone!.
Hapa Yoga is my go to for weekly hot yoga, and I couldn't be happier! I've taken the Hot As a Mutha classes with Jenna and Tasha and both bring an incredible energy to every class, pushing me to new heights in my practice. The studio's atmosphere and facilities make each session enjoyable. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, Hapa Yoga is the perfect place for a transformative and invigorating experience. Highly recommended!.
I found Hapa Yoga after dealing with anxiety and depression and hoped yoga would help. Not only did the classes help me mentally I have become stronger and able to be more active with my kids. The studios are always kept clean and each class flow is new and different (save for Hatha classes).

YOGA SIX REVIEWS
I tried out this yoga studio through classpass and really enjoyed my time here. The style of the class I did was a vinyasa flow, heated, and went through 3 sequences. If you are familiar with Core Power it is similar to that where the instructor speaks through most of the class, little guidance, no mirrors, it's dark and there is heat. I loved this studio because it felt homey and felt like there was a community. The instructor was great and everyone was friendly.
Moved to San Diego and tried a bunch of yoga studios before I found this place. From my first class they made me feel right at home. Super friendly staff and great teachers for every class. The yoga studio is kept extremely clean which is nice because of all the sweat.
This studio is very special for me. I took my first yoga class at Yoga Six Point Loma. It was amazing! I fell in love with yoga and Yoga Six after that class. Thank you Y6 Point Loma for bringing yoga in my life. Beautiful studio, super clean, great teachers.
