PILGRIMAGE OF THE HEART YOGA REVIEWS

This is a wonderful studio! The instructors are highly qualified and create varied class experiences which I love. For the classes which I take, it's not the same routine all the time, rather it's a thoughtful guided practice that changes. This meets my needs well! I'm never bored. My mind & body are always nurtured and I feel grateful. Class often starts with a bit of wisdom or inspiration. The community is very sweet. Points are earned through Perkville which you can spend in the retail shop. I've been a Monthly Membership member for many years and enjoy going to as many classes as I like each month. There are also class cards and drop in rates available.

I love this yoga studio. Every teacher that I have done yoga with for over a year is excellent. I studied yoga teacher training myself so I know how comprehensive putting a class together can be. These teachers do such a wonderful job with insights, modifications, and always seemingly to do the poses that I need. I highly recommend Pilgrimage of the Heart in normal Heights.

Down to earth, friendly, personable, and passionate instructors who know their craft. I feel lucky and grateful I found this hidden gem in San Diego, but don't take my word for it. Lot's of "yoga" studios out thier, but there is only one pilgrimage of the heart. (Actually they have two studios ;)..).

YOGASIX POINT LOMA REVIEWS

Yoga 6 has changed my life in the nearly two years since I joined. My back was a mess before. Still is but pain is so much more manageable and decreased to a great extent. Participated on 200 classes last year. Dropped alcohol, processed foods, artificial sugar, lite carbs, daily fasting; all inspired by Yoga. Lost 26 pounds. Feel and look so much better. Golf game has improved. That’s important. So no exaggeration to say that Yoga Six literally saved my life. Don’t know what I would do without it. Great staff and friendly clientele. Large clean studios. Clean locker rooms. Men’s locker room has three showers and plenty of locker space. Thank you to all Yoga Six staff/instructors for the support and inspiration.

This has been a very convenient and relaxing studio. The facilities are very well kept. The teachers are really nice. The app is super easy to use. I like that they have a lot of class times because my schedule is crazy. Sometimes the hot yoga room gets too hot for my personal taste. However they give u cool eucalyptus towels at the end of class which is very fancy. It’s a great chain yoga studio with lovely facilities. I live across the street so it is perfect for me.

Yoga Six Point Loma is one of my happy places! The instructors are great, especially Andrea, Joel, Tristan and Anna S. My favorite class is the Y6 Sculpt & Flow. I never thought I would get up early on the weekends to attend this class! The studio is clean, the staff is always so welcoming and they foster a sense of community. Bonus is the cold eucalyptus towels at the end of each class.

HAPA YOGA REVIEWS

Love Hapa Yoga! There’s a great variety of classes to take and all the teachers are friendly and knowledgeable. Elka’s yoga class teaches about the philosophy and history of yoga which is wonderful. I also love Yael’s and Sam’s pilates classes for a great full body workout and then there’s yin yoga for a more relaxing class to decompress. Truly so happy to have this yoga studio.

This is my favorite yoga place ever!! I've been going all my life to different places and I love the vibe, the teachers, how professional they all are and the atmosphere at Hapa Yoga. I love and consistently go to the tight and light barre class given by Yael but there are so many great instructors. TK, Jenna and Sam are also absolutely wonderful. I wish I had more time to go to all their classes because they are so beneficial. Definitely recommend.

I have been to many yoga studios over the last two decades, and Hapa has been my favorite by far. They offer a wide variety of different yoga classes, including mat Pilates, and all of the instructors are very warm and knowledgeable. There is also a locker room with showers, making it possible to go midday during work. I love this place.
