FREEDOM WITHIN THERAPY AND WELLNESS CENTER REVIEWS
Stephanie is an INCREDIBLE therapist, I feel so lucky to have her wisdom and support on my healing journey. Stephanie is deeply knowledgeable about PTSD and the effects of trauma and really understands how to work with people who have them. She is so compassionate, kind, and caring that it is easier for me to feel comfortable and safe with her than with other therapists. If I could give her six stars, I would!
I highly recommend Alex Mers without hesitation. I had the privilege of working with Alex for about 10 years. She is one of the most dedicated, compassionate, and caring therapists in the field. Alex, is person-centered in her approach and always shows kindness and respect to everyone she works with. Alex is an expert in grief and trauma- informed approaches to therapy. She is committed to creating safety and trust in her work with clients to help them in achieving their goals. Don’t think twice about booking an appointment with Alex, she is the absolute best!!

PERSONAL EVOLUTION PSYCHOTHERAPY REVIEWS
My experience at PEP is that they're always professional and the therapists are compassionate and kind. I've never left a review about therapists before, but wanted to let the therapists at PEP know that they're doing an awesome job. The front office staff is great also, and I was really impressed with the kindness I got when I called for my first appointment. I did a year of DBT and my life was changed immensely. I appreciate all of you. Thank you.
This is the best therapy experience I've ever had! I was hesitant to commit to DBT, but I've found it to be an enormously helpful and effective experience. I don't understand a couple of those reviews - I found everyone to be helpful, caring, professional and nice. I also found found out that you have to do the work for DBT to help. Maybe those people didn't want to do the work. I can't recommend PEP and the staff here enough. Do yourself a favor and go here.
I was referred here by a co-worker and she was right, the office is warm and inviting, it doesn't feel cold and clinical. If you are looking for a therapist you should check them out. I just had the best experience here at this office. It was so easy from the moment I called the office and spoke to the office manager Cindy (she took her time on the phone with me helped match me to the best therapist ) to then meeting my new therapist who I can't wait to come back and see next week.

Karen is a thoughtful, caring, skilled clinician whose love of cognitive behavioral therapy is matched only by her skill in working with clients to lessen suffering by utilizing it. I often refer clients to Karen and would highly recommend her, particularly if you are suffering with symptoms of anxiety, panic, or OCD and are looking for an expert hand to help guide you through your pain.
Karen is so easy to work with and one of my first choices for referrals. I have enlisted Karen for trainings based on her expertise in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy as well. She is so knowledgeable, completely relatable, always compassionate and so dedicated to her work. I find Karen to be a truly authentic person and it shows with her clients and colleagues alike. She is a true gem and I would highly recommend her.
