Due to unfortunate circumstances, I had to get my car fixed 2x in ~6 months. Exotic took care of both, were very communicative, knowledgeable with navigating my insurance and other party’s. I appreciated the responsiveness and friendliness of the whole team, especially Laura, Christian, and Victor. They stay extremely busy and booked out for estimates and repairs, but when an idiot t-boned me in November, they squeezed me in early for being a repeat customer. They helped arrange the towing of my car from Seattle to their shop. When 3rd party insurance planned to stop paying for my rental a few days earlier than the estimated completion, the team took it seriously and was able to get my car to like new condition just in time! They are so easy to work with, do high quality work (including the interior and exterior detail!) - it was like picking up a brand new car! I really appreciate it and I’ll be a customer for life.

Great place to provide service in the unfortunate event of a collision. The process was very smooth, from the moment we took the car in for the initial inspection, to the moment we drove our car off the lot. Great customer service, they kept us informed about the status of the parts we were expecting, and the subsequent repairs. We received text messages at least twice a week. The work was done to the highest standards, and the vehicle looked impeccable when we picked it up.

Exotic Motors is unique because they spend they spend the time to understand your specific needs and how to best work with you. Every situation is different and they work to match your needs and expectations. Kenneth Brice and Marc Graham were great to work with and have my trust.

I am really glad that went to this place it was extremely excellent service started first day of my appointment quick and amazing customer service they are very timing my car got fix even before the excepted time my mechanic was Jorge he was such a great guy well experienced and knowledgeable so we went through in detail with him how and when get done then he even finished before the promised time the work was so awesome everything was great and looking exactly same before the accident thank you so much guys and i and highly satisfied.

All in all, we were very happy with Caliber Collision. They were timely and very communicative. We found scratches after completion of their work that had occured while the car was either being transported or in their possession, but they were quick to address it within a few days and took good care of us. Our car was brand new and we were very concerned that the work would be of the quality and caliber to return it to a like-new condition, and they did! We highly recommend Caliber Collision.

We had the pleasure of working directly with this Caliber Collision location recently over the course of a multiple day project and they were helpful, organized, accommodating, and overall extremely pleasant to be around. Absolutely recommend doing business here.

FIX AUTO BELLEVUE REVIEWS

The staff here are super nice! They also did great work on my car. Even though I was going through insurance they were super nice and did everything properly. I asked them to double check a couple things which they did. I was even able to talk to one of the mechanics (maybe the one who actually checked something I was concerned about) and he was really kind to give me an explanation. They also washed my car, which I wasn't expecting, and a nice detail. The only issue was they were not great about communicating. They have text updates but they were functionally useless. Multiple times I was told they'd call me back with updates and they never did. However they always picked up when I called so it wasn't really an issue, I just felt rude I might be bothering them too much.

They did an excellent job fixing my bumper. It looks brand new! The estimate was less than three other autobody shops I looked at as well. The owner was super accommodating and so nice. The rental car company was supposed to pick me up and after they were 30 minutes late, he drove me to the rental car place himself because I had to be somewhere. I highly recommend this place.

This is the best auto body shop on the planet. They have worked on my Porsche 911 a number of times and the work has always been perfect and the price more then reasonable. I would never use anyone else.
