I had a minor issue on my car while I was Bellevue for work. I had the car towed to them and they were able to fit me in the next morning for the fix. While I would have done this work myself if I was home, AutoLogic was very helpful. The issue was very straightforward (I could physically see the problem and it was textbook) and 2 other shops told me they would charge a $220-250 diagnostic fee. That is more than the cost of the work which was already diagnosed by me. They noted a couple of other issues on my poor old car that they visibly saw while working on the car, and added in some short term fixes so I could make it back to Portland. Would use these folks if I was local regularly. Very friendly staff too.

I showed up a week early for my appointment and they fit me in and completed the work on time and as expected. Auto Logic is a friendly, competent repair shop with employees who communicate well and follow through on what they tell you they will do.

Very detailed. Everyone’s nice and they recommend what’s best for your car. Domenic and Frank are the best.

LBR was nothing less than amazing. Super responsive and detail oriented. I decided to get a second opinion from them after I felt like the service department at my car dealership missed something and sure enough, they found it. Their bid matched their invoice exactly and the truck was fix and turned around very quickly.

He answered all of my questions and guided me on next steps to bringing my vehicle in. Unfortunately, my vehicle was deemed a total once it was inspected by insurance. Still, the team was very patient and answered my questions. Though I didn’t get a chance to work with them this time, they’re definitely in my books for another time and hopefully on a different issue. Highly recommend.
