I have made many purchases from Bellevue Collection's Crate and Barrel through the years: from wedding gifts, to birthday gifts, to big purchase items such as furnishings for my own home. The sales associates have been nothing short of accommodating, informative, and have bent over backwards in personally reaching out if there was ever a delay in ordering or savings that I could have taken advantage of. This is my first go-to store for all of my gift giving and home decor/furnishing needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Kathleen, one of the interior designers at Bellevue C&B. She spent quite some time to come up with the design and product recommendations for my new home. She understood my lifestyle with kids 100% and put the consideration into her recommendations. She truly understands the lifestyle of family with little kids. Throughout the design process, I got to learn a lot about C&B products, and I am quite impressed with the design and quality at good price. I highly recommend C&B Bellevue location.

I was helped by John Owens, who was an incredibly helpful designer. John walked me through options I would not have even considered. I am planning to purchase a few of the option he helped me find. Sara, our design professional did an outstanding job alleviating some of the stress that comes with such a major purchase. She helped us transform our home; her creativity and eye for detail made our space beautiful and cozy. Shawn from the warehouse kept us informed along the way when our pieces would be arriving and helped us coordinate delivery windows that worked for us. I had an issue with one of my two matching sofas purchased from Ethan Allen. I reached out to customer service, and they immediately sent someone to repair it. A year later, the same problem occurred again. Without any hassle, they exchanged both of my sofas for new ones. The entire process was smooth, and my new sofas are great.
