My fiancé and I had an amazing experience designing my engagement ring at Greenlake Jewelry! We worked with Britt, who was incredibly kind and knowledgeable throughout the process. As first-timers with no idea where to start, she guided us seamlessly—offering expert advice while giving us creative control to ensure the ring was exactly what I envisioned. Britt went above and beyond, patiently answering our many questions and making small adjustments along the way to perfect my dream ring. I can’t recommend her enough! The entire staff was wonderful, creating a luxurious experience with thoughtful touches like coffee and drinks. The vibe at Greenlake Jewelry is fantastic.
