My original review was based on my perception of being turned away and quoted a really high price. I received a quick response from the owner, who took time to help me understand the situation when I arrived and was turned away. He took time to schedule an appointment and personally look over my vehicle to explain why the price was quoted at 180. The customer service and service recovery was spot on. I will continue to drive across Baltimore to get my car detailed whenever needed.

Will be going back. They did a great job detailing my car. The car looked better than it did when I bought it. Wish I took before and after pics. I have a large dog that travels with me. The car had a lot of dog hair and drool spots on my leather seats. All of it is gone. Great job.
