Ray and Mayron did an excellent job with the installation. I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. The crew took the time to explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and cleaned up thoroughly once the work was completed. We had a chimney inspection for a gas fireplace on a house we are trying to purchase. We have used ChimneyTek on our current home and was very happy to finally find a company we were happy with. Jeremy met us at the property as scheduled and did a very thorough job inspecting not just 1, but 2 chimney flues. Jeremy took plenty of pictures and explained everything. However, the gas fireplace required a remote to operate and the family selling the property failed to leave batteries in the remote. Jeremy took the remote with him when he left to try and find the unusual sized battery, and then offered to order one and return to complete the inspection the next day which was a Saturday. In the meantime, we found the battery at Tractor Supply. Jeremy returned to the property after his last job of the day to complete the inspection, and at no additional charge to boot! He was a pleasure to deal with and has also been available by text and phone to answer a couple of questions we had about the inspection report. We will continue to use ChimneyTek for our chimney needs and appreciate their continued excellent customer service. We would highly recommend them to our family and friends!
