Our company was interested in making an upgrade to our existing security system and requested a proposal from our long term security monitoring provider and also from Strat Security. Strat Security responded quicker and gave an impression of being more knowledgable and professional. Since the transition to Strat Security a few weeks ago, we've received more customer care and support than over years with our previous provider.

We switched over from another provider after years of service. Jake our sales person got our paperwork done quickly and was able to schedule an amazing turn around time. Strat sent Larry and Dave over to get all of our equipment transferred over. They did an amazing job! Both of them were kind and courteous. Both were knowledgeable and worked diligently to get everything back up and running again. We couldn’t be happier to be part of the Strat Family.

Both Barry and Brian were absolutely superb! We cannot come up with strong enough superlatives to describe the service they provided. 5 stars are not nearly enough to adequately commend each of them for their personal commitment to meeting our needs. He was so patient and personable and took his time to explain every option and detail, He gave us his cell number to reach him at any time. Brian is unquestionably the most impressive security service tech who has ever worked in our home. He was so meticulous throughout installation and was attentive to every possible detail. His knowledge and skills were so obvious! Brian let us know exactly what he was doing and then gave us an amazing demonstration to explain every nuance of arming/disarming, use of cameras, everything!! We have never felt this truly safe and secure in our home! The service, caring, personal rapport, professionalism, technical knowledge/skills were exemplary and almost a bit overwhelming…. we were told by another client that we would be VERY pleased, but honestly we’re blown away!! Also, please know how much we appreciate the kindness and commitment to service demonstrated by the professionals who answered my phone calls. Your company could not improve on any thing…..you are definitely the best we have ever seen or experienced.

One thing I appreciate is timeliness. I was given a 2 hour window and Brian arrived on the front end of this window. I was having an issue with not being able to arm my unit without getting a prompt that said “protest front door/garage open “ when the door wasn’t open. Brian figured out the problem and ended up replacing the sensors on the necessary door and replacing an old battery ????. He informed us of everything that was needed and why. His customer service was stellar and now I can feel safe again.

This was a one stop shop for me and everything was done professionally all in a day.
