He was very thorough with his measurements and made sure he explained everything in full detail so we understood. Austin, Jamal, and Mike were our install technicians and they were outstanding. Very professional and respectful!! They did a great job and finished promptly. I can't thank this company enough for their service and work!!

Jamal and his team worked through some challenging weather conditions but persevered and did an excellent job on the installation of my HVAC system. Things got messy but all was cleaned up and left in good order. Jamal took the time to explain the features of the new system including how to set up the phone related app for remote control. The team worked quickly and professionally.

On one of the coolest days of the year my furnace gave out and was in need of replacement. At your Service Heating and Cooling not only came to replacement my unit, but they were quick. They came to replace the unit within two days. Space heater were provided during the wait time. The level of professionalism is above no other. They provided pictures and ETA locators of all workers who provided services as a precaution which I appreciate. They were also budget friendly; providing quality services at a fair competitive cost. Highly recommended their service. They were respectful and professional from the moment I called customer service and scheduled the appointment to complete the job. I had an issue with water leaking into my A/C handler this summer. Jason Lord came out to diagnose the issue a few times. He was so sweet and provided us with many options to save while resolving the issue. Long story short, I had the: the duct cleaned, Aeroseal – Duct Sealing From The Inside(the works were completed by Jake) in Sept., and replaced the entire system in Oct. (installation is completed by Jacob Dress.) For the first time, my BGE bills have been $200 less for the last 2 month in 6 years I live here, and the house actually is cool when it's hot out and warm when it was cold. Jason was great He was so knowledgeable and friendly!!
