Extremely cold day. They installed a battery for me outside in frigid weather. I didnt have to wait long even though there were lots of people needing batteries and the man who put it in was just as pleasant as if he hadn't already done dozens of them.
Would really like to thank Sam for her great customer service. Had to have new windshield wipers. After purchasing them she came out in zero degree weather and put them on for me. Thank you so very much Sam.
