My sister referred me here to get new brakes and rotors. I had a feeling I would need new rotors because they were grinding, but was hoping that wasn’t the outcome. They quoted me, did the inspection, confirmed with the inspection that I may need a new caliper, quoted me again, then I gave them the ok to go thru with the process. Thankfully they saved my caliper which saved me a couple hundred! I left my van there for the day, and they were done quicker than I expected. Very professional, straight to the point and great to work with.

Took a car here to get it checked out before buying. Mike was wonderful explaining what was found and what issues could come up because of the type of car. Absolutely will come back here.

So grateful to have chosen North Wells Service Center! Car was diagnosed & repaired same day. Most honest, professional, courteous group. Thank y'all.

They are always helpful and share a thorough evaluation of work needed now vs later, cost estimates, and even pictures/videos. I love being able to schedule online, too. Once they even helped me no charge with something that took 2 seconds to fix, as a new customer (smart!) I will be back.

Tammy and the crew at Meineke is amazing! I had to run out of town last minute and they went above and beyond to help me make sure my vehicle was safe and ready to go. Really happy with their service. It’s nice to know of an auto service shop who truly cares.

Very courteous and professional.I’m sure that I will return to this garage again. They just fixed what I needed and didn’t try to push me to purchase any other products. Amazing job everything is working fine again.
