I had the pleasure of working with Angie Campbell, and I genuinely couldn’t be more grateful. From the very first conversation, she was professional, responsive, and truly listened to what I was looking for in an apartment. What stood out most was her honesty and genuine care, it never felt like just another transaction. She went above and beyond to make the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free, guiding me step by step and always making time for any questions I had. Thank You Angie for your time and effort.

Very happy to be back at Canterbury Green. I left to embark on a new relationship and when that fell apart I stopped back at Canterbury's office where I was greeted by Cindy Connelly. Cindy worked her magic, helped me through the process and had me back in a better apartment in 4 days. The entire staff here is thorough and professional and this is where I'm staying.

I've been living at Canterbury for over a year and just had a problem where our garbage disposal in the sink started leaking. Put in a maintenance request and Chris was here to fix it within a few hours. He was super nice and professional, got it replaced in 40 minutes, and now everything works great again with no leaks! Very happy with the maintenance team here.

It's nice and quiet for an apartment community! Maintenance if needed is always on top of things, they are quick to address any issues, and also nice as well! Shout out to Shary in the front office, who I have dealt with since moving in awhile back. She is knowledgable, kind, forgiving, (With one hiccup we had in the beginning when I applied) Homer I have also dealt with and he is professional and friendly as well. I have no complaints, and I would recommend these apartment's to anyone! They are able to accommodate when needed, and the rent is reasonable. These days all of these things matter! And a little kindness goes a long way.

Just a few minor things came up shortly after my move into my apartment, so I had the kind leasing agent I was talking with at the time submitted a maintenance request for me. My first experience with maintenance was great! He was very nice, quick, and he made adjustments, and replaced what was needed in a timely fashion! Awesome, since it was not urgent and right after Christmas, too. Thank you to the maintenance guy for the help!.

I’m very pleased living at South Bridge. There’s a multitude of reasons, the only thing I would asked to change, is communication with Maintenance . A way to find out when they’ll be back..Instead of sitting and wondering, but they do outstanding work. It’s quiet here and Maintenance comes as soon as you requested.

AUTUMN CREEK APARTMENT HOMES REVIEWS

A nice and peaceful place to be. Very helpful staff. Very kind. The way the Sun rises shines a certain way that makes the place look beautiful. I also just wish there was more parking spaces but enough to make it work.

Its alright. I have no complaints, to speak of. Compromises are to be expected when living in a group situations. Repairs seem to be being handled in a mostly timely fashion. A bit of a problem with spiders, but that's regional.

Friendly office staff. Maintenance is quick with responding for repairs. The price was great for the square footage of my apartment compared to others I have seen. Highly recommend these apartments!.
