We can’t say enough good things about Granite Ridge! From the beginning sales meeting with Tom, through the design phase with Lucian and Mark and decorating expertise of Chelsea, the professionalism and quality customer experience was phenomenal! Donnie deserves his own paragraph. He truly is the BEST PROJECT MANAGER ever. He always answered our calls, took care of our questions and has become a great friend!!!!! We highly recommend Granite Ridge for a custom home build. Great team, Christian values and the best experience! Thank you Donnie and team.

Our Project Manager Tim has made the process of building with Granite Ridge enjoyable and fun. He's been on top every detail, large and small. The communication lines have always been open whenever we need to talk through things. We have had a very positive experience and look forward to moving into our beautiful home.

LANCIA HOMES REVIEWS

We decided to go with Lancia Homes when building our new home and the process and experience was wonderful. They were accommodating and flexible when we had small changes to the layout and the process was seamless. Every person we worked with was great. We loved getting to see our home in every phase of the build and the best part was move in day, knowing we were able to get everything we wanted. I would recommend Lancia Homes to anyone looking to build or purchasing an existing home.

From working with Jamie Lancia on design to Justin and Jeff (Our PMs) being there whenever we had questions along the build was great. All the contractors Lancia has are respectful and responsive. We loved the whole process. There were bumps in the road that happen with all big projects but I thought everything was explained to us well and we were notified in advance. The construction getting done on time was huge for us and they exceeded our expectations. We have had great response times from Lancia Homes office and contractors with any questions or requests. There Builders Trend app was awesome to have along the building process.

We just finished building our new house with Lancia. They were great to work with and answered every question we had. I would highly recommend working with them.

We recently moved into our new home built by Heller Homes and we could not be happier! We lived very close to our new home while it was being built so we were able to stop by regularly to see the progress. Every single person we interacted with during the build from Harrison Heller & Sean (the PM on our build), to the contractors - EVERY person was top notch and extremely easy to talk to and work with. We built two previous homes with a different, large national builder and both builds were brutal. The experience with Heller Homes was completely different. Being a local builder, Heller's customer service is great, we highly recommend them.

Building a new home with Heller Homes while living in another state across the country was a fantastic process. Their care and concern for what we wanted and communicating with us during the process was so important. Allowing us to customize exactly what we wanted was so special. Thank you Harrison, Sean and team! We love our new home.

Harrison and his team at Heller Homes were so great during our entire process of buying a new home. We were very pleased with our experience and absolutely love our new home! Can’t recommend them enough.
