This was the best experience we have had furniture shopping in years. Madison was our salesperson and she was great. She answered all of our questions and helped us through the customization process. We will continue to shop Furniture Row. Edit: I had to return the next day due to losing a cell phone somewhere in the store. Madison and two other members of the sales team helped me search all over the store and between couch cushions. I found the phone and their effort was much appreciated.

In my many years of buying furniture I have never met a more knowledgeable, friendly salesperson. When I entered FR two weeks ago I was fortunate to meet a saleswoman named Alex. Her joyous non pushy attitude and knowledge of the line of chairs we were looking for led to a successful sale. We need more people like her in sales to make shopping enjoyable. Congrats FR on finding someone of this caliber.

Best experience buying furniture that I have ever had ! Madison showed me what I wanted to see and wasn’t pushy at all. She walked away for a bit so I could look around and then came back and asked me if I saw anything that I liked. I purchased a sectional and coffee table. She explained all the delivery options. Ordered the furniture and I can expect to receive it in 1 to 2 weeks, which is faster than the other furniture stores.I highly recommend Madison and Furniture Row.

We were 100% satisfied with everything from start to delivery. Robert was a fantastic salesman and was very personable and really enjoyed meeting him. Also, when we went to pay for the merchandise that we purchased Madison was fantastic as well. They were both warm and bubbly and made you feel very welcome. The delivery team was very professional and courteous and made sure everything was working properly before they left. We would certainly recommend value City to anyone. The way they handled everything especially with all the bad situations or experiences we had with Bob's furniture and pretty much everyone else value City by far was the best in all aspects. I came here looking for a sectional to replace our worn out old couch. Tabitha and Briggan both helped me with looking at options with a few different models before we decided on The Marlie. We then had to have help with if we could get the right facing or left facing based on availability. They both are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the pieces at the store. They are not pushy and I felt comfortable with discussing options and what we both were looking for with them and I don’t always feel comfortable with sales or when making large purchases like this. I highly recommend Value City Furniture! I saw many things there that would look great in my house and plan to come back.

Almost drove ourselves crazy looking for a nice, affordable couch with a matching recliner. Almost gave up, and on our way another store we happen to drive by Value City Furniture, thank goodness we did! Our saleswoman Stephanie was there to help us out every inch of the way! What a beautiful set up at HALF what we were quoted at another popular Furniture store in Fort Wayne! Highly recommend.
