3 Best Furniture Stores in Fort Wayne, IN

This was the best experience we have had furniture shopping in years. Madison was our salesperson and she was great. She answered all of our questions and helped us through the customization process. We will continue to shop Furniture Row. Edit: I had to return the next day due to losing a cell phone somewhere in the store. Madison and two other members of the sales team helped me search all over the store and between couch cushions. I found the phone and their effort was much appreciated.

In my many years of buying furniture I have never met a more knowledgeable, friendly salesperson. When I entered FR two weeks ago I was fortunate to meet a saleswoman named Alex. Her joyous non pushy attitude and knowledge of the line of chairs we were looking for led to a successful sale. We need more people like her in sales to make shopping enjoyable. Congrats FR on finding someone of this caliber.

Best experience buying furniture that I have ever had ! Madison showed me what I wanted to see and wasn’t pushy at all. She walked away for a bit so I could look around and then came back and asked me if I saw anything that I liked. I purchased a sectional and coffee table. She explained all the delivery options. Ordered the furniture and I can expect to receive it in 1 to 2 weeks, which is faster than the other furniture stores.I highly recommend Madison and Furniture Row.

Our experience at Home Rooms Furniture & Mattress was exceptional — made even more impressive after leaving Ashley Furniture, where several salespeople looked right at us and never said a word or offered any assistance. The difference in customer service was night and day. The moment we walked into Home Rooms, we were greeted warmly and treated like our time actually mattered. Tiler was absolutely top-notch — highly knowledgeable, incredibly easy to talk to, and genuinely invested in helping us find exactly what we wanted. He listened closely, understood our needs immediately, and made everything happen seamlessly. No pressure, no confusion, just honest guidance and outstanding service. If you want quality furniture paired with a salesperson who truly listens and delivers, Home Rooms Furniture & Mattress is the place to go. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Dave, the salesman and Michele in store were both great. A year ago or more I also bought a lift chair from Dave at Home Room and it is a perfect addition to decor and assists my husband with his Parkinson’s . Nick and Jordon delivered and set up my recent purchase.. a new reclining love seat and totally accommodated the removal of furniture necessary to position the new loveseat ! AND they were nice to my dog Buddy who loves attention !.

Julie was amazing. We were searching for chairs for our dining room and needed help. She was patient and chose the perfect ones for us. We are so thankful for her.
