The salesmen here have always been helpful and polite. By far the best customer service experience of any parts store in Oxnard. I like that the employees here will offer to double check if the part is there when calling. Also instead of just saying they have it at the other store these guys always call the other location to make sure they put hands on it before sending you there on will-call.

Thanks to Ruben for helping me with my battery issues and installing it as well. Got me back to work in no time. Better customer service than Auto Zone down the street too.

Got sent the wrong brake size pads for my 1991 Toyota Pickup. Lucky this place had in stock. Once I walked in they helped me out right away! Quick service af.
