I went in for 4 new tires and an oil change they did both quickly and with high quality rubber and oil. Tires are perfectly balanced too. Yes they did ask me if I wanted some extra work, but I certainly did not feel obligated and did not agree to it, but glad they found those problems too. I will certainly go back for my next oil change and all tires from now on.

Pep boys in Monroeville did an excellent job. They’re very fast, efficient and also friendly. They didn’t try to charge me for any extras as some places have. I highly recommend them.

Erik is great! Always friendly and helpful. I like coming to this location because it isn't busy or stressful. I've had a good experience with several different employees here. Service is never dragged out or double booked.
