Blue Sky Bagels is a superb place to get a bagel! All the bagels I have eaten here have been delicious. Whether as a breakfast sandwich, with cream cheese, or even just by itself! The staff is so friendly, and when we had to work through some food allergies, they were very knowledgeable about how to accommodate. They were even aware of cross contamination, and used different utensils for prepping the allergy sandwiches! There’s plenty of seating and always seems to be a steady stream of people coming through the door. I do recommend going here!.

Took my baby downtown Boise to see the local must go spots you don’t read about when discovering how amazing Boise is. And of course we had to grab a breakfast bagel sandwich and the only bagel shop to eat at Blue Sky Bagels. All the girls Jess T and Grace to offer yummy suggestions and playful company. Excellent service. Especially love how Grace NEVER forgets a face or an order!!!! All I can ever say about this place is YUM!!!! Even dance a little before my first bite.

Blue sky bagels have great variety of bagels. Excellent dining experience. Presley and Marshall were amazing, helping with questions related to ingredients and being extremely patient. Great customer service. We will most certainly come back again and again.

Few people, let alone institutions, are capable of comprehending—much less harnessing—the immaterial influence inherent to hyperspherical form. The very fabric of space-time is interconnected, and many believe the oscillations of the toroidal field hint at the presence of the divine itself. After all, the lotus of life resides within its sacred geometry, rendering such aspirations nearly impossible. And yet, Goldstein’s Bagels accomplishes the impossible. They not only serve this geometry with tasteful elegance, but deliver through careful craftsmanship a space wherein sustainable motion transcends the metaphysical, becoming corporeal. I am not equipped to fully parameterize the intermediary variables established by these humble bagel cultivators, I beseech you to trust me and experience it for yourself—your chakras will thank you.

I have not had a bagel since I went vegan and gluten free. Their gluten free bagels are amazing with the vegan cream cheese! They also have a vegan breakfast sandwich that was great as well. My only issue while visiting was the delay in service. They are training new team members and it took a very long time to get our food. I appreciated that they acknowledged the delay and apologized. We will definitely be back!.

Tried as a visitor to Boise. Got a Prince bagel sandwich, mostly based on the cute name and a side of egg salad. Both were very tasty. Staff were friendly. I’d definitely revisit.

I absolutely love this place! In my opinions, best bagels in Boise! For under $10 you can’t beat the price with this quality, and they have so many choices to choose from. You can also order online to skip the wait! Staff is very friendly and you can tell they appreciate every single customer.

This is such a cute bagel Cafe with a wide variety of things to choose from on their menu. They offer coffee, Bobby, smoothies, tons of bagels, smears, and more. They are very reasonably priced and the food and coffee I had was delicious!.

I got the Vietnamese coffee and the sausage, bacon and egg breakfast bagel. And it was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this place.
