Every time I come in to order to go or dine in, I felt so welcome. The staff are so friendly & efficient.

My go to soup and sandwich kinda joint!!! Never disappoints, fresh food made to order can't go wrong. Our cashier was quite thorough and made recs to pair the soup/sandwich combo best!! Wish there was one closer to where I lived though, I'll b there all the time.

This was the cleanest and most efficient Panera I’ve ever eaten at. I ordered my meal to go, but ended up staying to eat. Even though I ordered it an hour before, it tasted like it had just been made. The vegetables were fresh and my soup was hot. The staff was also very kind and looked genuinely happy. I will be returning.

OMG!!! I order The Farmhouse and it was delicious. This is my third time going to Einstein and each time I ordered the Farmhouse with one egg scrambled on a plain bagel. I'm not even sure if they actually scramble the egg or not but it is simply divine... I just recently found out that they had a point system I wish I had known about it from the beginning I would have signed up. How do I go about getting points for back orders if that is possible.

I left my phone at home which had my CarolinaCard and other cards in it, so I asked to pay in cash. The assistant manager had forgotten the cash tray today so she paid for my bagel! It brightened my day and I will be paying it forward today. Very understanding staff and quick service.

First time here... I was a little confused because I ordered at one register and then was sent to another to pay.I ordered the avocado toast on an egg bagel. It was okay... the bagel I don't believe was toasted. The bagel was soft but it would've been nice if it was toasted. Over all the it was okay.The girl at the second register, did tell me about their rewards program, I might look into it.
