HAMPTON STREET VINEYARD REVIEWS

We had a really nice lunch here. The restaurant is French inspired. We had the salmon dip, potato and leek soup, French onion soup grilled cheese, and steak frites. All of it was absolutely delicious. They also have a great cocktail and wine list. We sat inside but they also have a really cute outside seating area along the sidewalk with awnings for shade. The service was great too.

Went for lunch. I like that there is indoor and outdoor seating. There were maybe four customers and it took a little while to get my steak salad. The food was delicious! The waitress was very nice. The quality of the food is so good.

The grilled salmon was flavorful and the crème brûlée was rich and delicious. The atmosphere was inviting while the servers were respectful and attentive.

CRÊPES & CROISSANTS REVIEWS

We stopped here for lunch on Friday. Nice variety of sweet and savory breakfast items. We had croissant sandwiches and shared a Triple Threat crepe. All were delicious! Everything was nicely affordable and there was plenty of seating. I loved the art for sale on the walls too. Will be back.

We had the tiramisu and the vanilla bean crepes. Both were delicious.

Clean place with nice and kind personnel. We loved crepes and coffee.

We have been here a couple times for breakfast and finally made it to dinner. The entrees that we got were really tasty. We entered the restaurant from the side door and was immediately met by the owner. We were able to sit outside on the front porch. The weather and the ambiance was wonderful. Our waitress was very attentive to all of our needs. When we arrived we were a bit disappointed that it was not busy at all. We realized it was a bit early. As our meal progressed the small restaurant was slowly filling up. By the time we finished up and were leaving the restaurant was pretty much at capacity. As we left the restaurant and on the way to our car the owner popped out to ensure our experience was a good one. It was good and we chatted for a few minutes about the restaurant and went about our way. The restaurant is nestled along the train track downtown Aiken near Wilcox. I’ve seen a few restaurants come and go at this location. We hope our Aiken community will continue to support this small business. The food was great and the atmosphere is quaint! Good luck to the owner and the staff at La P.

Very nice french restaurant. Legit baked pastries. Got the croissant and they toasted before serving the wafts of butter smells coming off made us drool. Crispy outside and warm inside. I also had a cappuccino which was delicious and the jamon beurre, which is a very good simple french sandwich made with ham, butter and cornichons. Will definitely come back.

Fantastic pastries and warm goat cheese salad was fresh and hit the spot. Looking Forward to going back.
