Haven’t been since I was a child which was almost 12-14 years ago but went today for the first time since and got the opportunity to meet the owner Ken and he explained to us how he hand makes each bagel and cream cheese every morning and it was a wonderful experience talking to him and figuring out more about the store he’s made and how the bagels and cream cheese are made, but let me tell you the bagels are to die for, they were so soft, warm and delicious and the cream was excellent. Will definitely be returning again soon, and super happy I decided to try it again well I was in Fort Collins!.

They’re very personable here, they don’t overwhelm themselves with endless orders! Very calm atmosphere. Walking distance from CSU limited parking. Ram Classic also a pepperoni bagel is must.

I've only ever tried the spicy girl but it keeps me coming back! I have had it on a variety of bagels and they've all been good.

Even on their busiest days, these early rising, hard working delicious bagel making superstars are in a constant state of "slay. Thanks for always serving up the goodness and truly, you do be workin so hard! THANK YOU GIBS STAFF! Oh yeah, and the bagels are all delicious, DO NOT get the spinach Parmesan it's totally the worst...(I joke, do save some for me please!).

Delicious! Everyone's order was perfect. Will definitely go here again. I enjoyed the everything bagel with plain cream cheese and the milky way latte. There isn't a ton of seating and the place is pretty small, but we took our food to go.

Been coming here for around a year on the weekends, and they consistently do an excellent job. Staff is friendly and quick; they’re always super busy but I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 5 mins after placing my order. Best bagel sandwiches in NOCO!.

It may be a chain store, but this location is set apart. The inviting aroma greets you at the door while the warm, welcoming atmosphere makes it easy to settle in and savor every sip as you wait for your food. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, the staff make you feel right at home, elevating the experience beyond just great breakfast options and coffee. Their hazelnut coffee is particularly out of this world! A must-visit for anyone craving a perfect start to their day.

Was so excited for opening day in Fort Collins! The staff was courteous and enthusiastic! The service was quick and efficient, especially in light of it being the Grand Opening! Free coffee was another fun perk! Will definitely be back and will share the Einstein’s love.

I surprised myself with how excited the arrival of Einstein Bros in Fort Collins, and their new store didn’t disappoint. I went for the “all-nighter” an a plain bagel with regular cream cheese. Both were quite excellent as was the dark roast drip coffee.
