Service has improved recently and one staff member stood out for being patient and attentive, though the consistency of the early morning shift could still improve.

Good to take their coffee from time to time. I recommend.

They have a Posh Bagel in Modesto, my daughter took me there. Very happy with the service, a very popular place. I had a bagel, it was Cinnamon crunch with Cinnamon spread, it as really so good. I wish that they could have one Dublin. We're just over the hill, not that far.

Got to say - this was the tastiest bagel I ever had! The lady at the register was also super nice, quick and accurate, got my breakfast within a couple minutes. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

Love this restaurant!! My favorite bagel place to come to for a weekend quick breakfast. Be careful if you go too late because they get very busy, but it’s worth it.

After a misfire at a different location Joyce and her team went the extra mile for me and my company VIP Audio Visual Company. Between the swift and very helpful customer service and the cleanliness of the location, we will now be using the Pleasanton location for our Noah's NY Bagels.

My husband and I received excellent customer service from, Joyce, yesterday. She was so friendly and accommodating. Great service, service with a smile! Thanks Joyce!! We'll be back for more great service and delicious bagels.

Very nice bagel shop. Loved the freshly baked bagels. Excellent service and fast delivery. Place was crowded, but the team managed the orders and tough customers with ease.
