Zingerman's Bakehouse is one of the famous bakeries in Ann Arbor. The bakery has served the Ann Arbor community for over thirty years. Frank Carollo and Zingerman's Delicatessen founders Paul Saginaw and Ari Weinzweig opened Zingerman's Bakehouse. They are true artisan bakers, meaning they use traditional recipes, time-honored processes, hands, and flavorful ingredients to make their bread and sweet treats. The bakery uses local farm-fresh sour cream and milk, Wisconsin sweet cream butter, high-cacao-percentage chocolates, Madagascar bourbon vanilla extract, Michigan honey, local farm apples, fresh cage-free eggs, and more. They continue to move toward using more locally grown or produced ingredients, organic when possible, and building lasting relationships with local farmers, millers, and producers. Zingerman's Bakehouse is a hands-on teaching bakery in Ann Arbor. They offer dozens of hands-on baking and cooking classes, both in-person and virtual.

ZINGERMAN'S BAKEHOUSE REVIEWS
An iconic brand in Ann Arbor. My wife sampled a few items for our trip back to PA and I just had the cupcakes a moment ago. Oh my, I can tell you that the cupcakes I just had are the best I’ve had since came to US 11 years ago. We’ve had countless cupcakes from indie shops, Whole Foods, Wegman’s, you name it. No other cupcakes ever came close to how wonderful and balanced the cupcakes from Zingerman’s tasted. They just felt right and not artificial at all. If you are like me who finds things in the US are either too sweet or salty, Zingerman’s should be the right place for you.
We came here in the evening (around 4pm) and were pleasantly surprised by the amount of bread options still available. While they likely had more options in the morning, the pastry cases still had items to pick from. We loved the quality flavor of the muffins and cupcakes. The staff are attentive and very pleasant, evidently treated well at the shops. The bake house has fantastic whole cakes and individual pastry options.
I took a class at Bake and was, as always, a wonderful experience. The classes are well organized, well taught, and fun. The staff is friendly and helpful and you always end up taking a ton of amazing food. I can highly recommend any Bake class.

YOON'S BAKERY REVIEWS
OBSESSED with this bakery! Always wanted to get yummy baked deserts, but did not manage to find a spot until I checked out Yoon’s bakery! Love the options, very fluffy pastry, and super yummy. The cashier lady was super sweet, and they give you the freedom to take your time, pick was you want, and once you are done you just up front and pay.
You will not regret checking this bakery out! The fruit Strawberry Shaved ice is out of this world! You will need to tag team it with a buddy because the serving size is huge. I also really enjoy their donut twists and smoothies. 10/10 must try.
All the pastries looked so good, we settled on the sweet potato cream bun, a croquette and have yet to try the mochi bun. Definitely recommend stopping in for a treat or breakfast like we did.

CINNAHOLIC ANN ARBOR REVIEWS
This place has the best dole whip in Ann Arbor! It’s creamy and full of flavor. The original pineapple is my favorite, but they also have a raspberry that is delicious also! if you’re looking to have door whip, this is the place to go! Their cinnamon rolls are also amazing! They have a variety of choices and you can’t go wrong with whichever one you choose.
OH ABSOLUTELY YESSSS. PLEASE GO HERE. These are the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had…. AND EVERYTHING IS VEGAN??? Like I was in awe. You would never know, and I’m saying this as someone who gave her dairy-eating brother a cinnamon roll from here, and he thought it was delicious. Divine.
Love this place! Best place to find vegan cinnamon rolls. I had never tried cinnamon rolls due to dietary restrictions but this place also made me experience vegan marshmallows in one of the rolls I ordered. The servers are nice and prepare the order very quickly.
