BOONZAAIJER'S DUTCH BAKERY REVIEWS
Wow. I never noticed this place until I saw the new beautiful mural and Wow. Just Wow. I'm from Pennsylvania. "Dutch Country." I now feel like I can 'go home' any day for a visit without all of the anxiety of family, old friends that never grew up, and a 1,500 mile trip. Colorado Springs just got stuck with me FOREVER or as long as Boonzaiijer's ideas here. Woot Woot!
This bakery has been here for over 30 years and is a local institution. The wedding cakes are the best. If you're not getting married today, you can still stop in for a hot drink and a pastry. It's a great place to meet a friend. We love the mural on the brick wall outside!
Smells amazing! They have a large variety of baked goods, and goods in general, including gluten free options! Will be coming back for the eclairs and cheesecake dome, both gluten free!

LA BAGUETTE REVIEWS
I have been coming here for about 15 plus years and it’s never done me wrong. Food is ABSOLUTELY delicious, staff is always friendly, ONLY downside is so many other people know it’s good it gets so packed! Lol! Their French onion soup is to die for- their croissants are delicious and light, ALL of their deserts are amazing and if you haven’t gotten their fondue- you are missing out. Small, local and delicious. I’ll never stop coming here!
Soooo French! Their croissants, desserts, and sandwiches are incredible! I felt like I was in France with the quality, selection, and taste. I saw many locals come in and buy bread just as I'd see in France. I will drive here, over an hour away, just to eat here on a weekend and feel like I'm in Europe.
The food is very good. We had french onion soup with ham and swiss on a croissant and French onion soup (when you get just the soup it comes with bread). Everything was delicious.

Wimberger's Old World Bakery has been a staple in the bakery industry since 1970, providing customers with authentic German-style pastries, prepared foods, and grocery items. Robert and Gisela Wimberger founded the Bakery as a wholesale operation, later adding a retail shop in 1990. Their reputation has been built entirely by word of mouth, and they have developed a loyal customer base across the United States. The Bakery uses old European techniques and family recipes handed down through generations to bake fresh bread, Kaiser rolls, and pretzels daily. Natural sourdough is utilized, and no preservatives are added to their products. Wimberger's Bakery satisfies the cravings of those with a sweet tooth by providing mouth-watering pastries such as streusel, fruit tarts, Berliners (German doughnuts), and Nutella croissants. In Germany, approximately 600 types of bread and 1,200 types of pastries and rolls are produced in about 17,000 dedicated bakeries and another 10,000 in-shop bakeries.

WIMBERGER'S OLD WORLD BAKERY & DELICATESSEN REVIEWS
This bakery and deli is first class. Immediately when you come in you feel the warm welcome and the great hospitality and service. I am German and I haven’t experienced anything like this superb service in Germany for at least 20 years. It’s great to see that it’s still there and I have to say they are doing an awesome job. The bakery goods are super fresh and delicious and reasonably priced. I tried several sausages and cold cuts from the deli section and all of them taste fresh and delicious. The grand finale is their big selection on German food. From coffee to pasta and Candy to some German magazines they have a big selection which is really impressive. First choice in the US!!
Charming little German bakery. We love the products and pastries offered here. Especially the pretzel sticks, marzipan and cinnamon rolls. Lovely people run this business and it's fun introducing my kids to foods and treats from different places in the world. Lots of imported candies and deli meats and cheeses.
We have been going here since we moved to the area. I love getting fresh pretzel buns, meats, and cheeses.. along with chocolates, salad seasoning packets, spicy mustard, goulasch seasoning, etc.
