" Red Gravy is an authentic Italian classic and craft cocktail in lively brick wood-lined digs with a full bar and small patio. The term “gravy” comes from an attempt to explain some more authentic Italian dishes to American consumers. The word “sugo” in Italian is translated exactly to “sauce” in English. The owner of the restaurant is Chef Eric Brenner. He gained his first position as chef at the age of 23. Four years later, Brenner decided to enroll in the well-respected culinary program at Forest Park College in St. Louis. Their team of staff provides a fun dining experience for all their customers. You can enjoy a variety of pasta, pizza, starters, and sides. Red Gravy offers a happy hour menu from Monday to Thursday, 4 PM to 6 PM.

PARAVICINI'S ITALIAN BISTRO REVIEWS

My husband and I were there last night and it was amazing. We didn't have to wait at all to be seated, the waitress presented the dishes very well and served us very well too and the starters, drink, main courses and desserts was amaaaaaaazing!!!! The arancini was divine, the salads were fresh, the bread was fresh too, the pasta was delicious, the dessert was a real tiramisu (it tasted like coffee) and the pistachio drink was wonderful. We are of Italian descent and loved the experience.

Went on a Friday evening and had a great experience! Service was very friendly and even gave me a little cannoli for my birthday. We got their appetizer featured on the food network (pictured in middle), spaghetti, fettuccini, and Caesar salads. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience. Fod was very good. They have a great mixologist, so try one of the special cocktails. Generous portion sizes, so assume you are getting two meals.

This place is awesome. Good food and great service. Kassie (not sure of spelling) the bartender was fabulous. She is really attentive and provides great service. Highly recommend the blueberry gooey dessert. It was absolutely delicious.

We were recommended here by a local and we were pleasantly surprised. My husband has ordered many Chicken Marsalas and this one definitely took the cake. We recommend trying their homemade Italian sodas. The raspberry and blueberry sodas are very good here. Staff was super friendly.

Such an amazing find! We have lived in the Pikes Peak area for years and never been in, but this was such a special find. Sara S. was our server and had fantastic recommendations from the appetizers, to the wine, to the main dinner and finally, the dessert! We had such a fantastic time and will absolutely be coming back.

Delicious! We came for lunch and it was a little cheaper and we practically had the place to ourselves. Our server was a delight. The tortellini was superb. Highly recommend.

Loved the food, great atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Worth every penny.
