LITTLE BIRD BAKESHOP REVIEWS
This is one busy bakeshop! And although the line looks long, the service is really quick and efficient. There’s lots of tables inside on two floors, plus tables and chairs out front and a patio up top. You can even read about the history of the school old house on the plaque at the main entrance. The brioche cinnamon roll with orange cream frosting is delicious. Be sure to try the monkey bread, too! They make a mean peanut butter sandwich cookie. Looking forward to a return visit.
The skilled baristas at this locally owned bake shop source their coffee beans from Harbinger Coffee, which explains the amazing flavors. They maintain a consistency in their craft of making quality drinks as well as pairing them with impeccable brunch items. Plus, the inviting atmosphere of this homey cafe is unbeatable due to its cozy environment and glorious decor. Their baked goods (breads especially) are tasty, flakey, and unbelievably delicious which pair well with a warm drink on a chilly spring morning. I’ve also heard great things about the quiches that they cook here. Beautiful latte art as well as flavor profiles for the chai teas offered here. Love the hustle and bustle of this place at all times of day, and can’t wait for the upstairs patio to open by the end of the season so that seating isn’t such an uphill battle to find. All in all, Little Bird is a great spot to meet with friends and grab a bit to eat or a cup to sip from.
I once had the pleasure of living down the street from Amy’s Bread in Hell’s Kitchen NYC (if you know, you understand)… Little Bird Bakeshop instantly takes me back there. Such amazing pastries and the new location is arguably better overall. I wish there were more “comfy” seats to add to the few armchairs scattered around and I’d love if someone here made homemade black & white cookies. Some staff, definitely not all, seemed a bit uninterested in being there… maybe they shouldn’t be. Overall such a great place to have here.

GREAT HARVEST BREAD CO REVIEWS
A sweet, little, locally-owned Bakery with daily-baked Bread; along with so many specialty-breads, (too many to type out) this place truly belongs on a "Hidden Gems of Fort Collins" List. They also do lots of pop-up / farmer's-market-type things! Their bread schedule should be pretty up-to-date on their website! Stop by for sandwich bread for the week or for a sweet treat. Why not both? They even make some pretty killer deli sandwiches right there on the spot! The smells and samples are free if you are wondering.
I have never left an online review but felt inclined to today. I just went to interview at Great Harvest Bread Co. and was met by wonderful owners and staff. After speaking with them and seeing that I wasn’t the right fit for the position, they kindly ushered me back into the store to give me a free loaf of bread. This meant a lot to me and I look forward to returning for baked goods and sandwiches in the future.
Great tasting bread that you can purchase by the loaf. I wished that we could have bought just "pieces," but the nice young man who was working cut up our loaf for us so we could eat some for breakfast on the go.

THE BREAD CHIC REVIEWS
My partner and I decided to try this place and we do not regret it. We walked out with a roasted garlic sourdough loaf, a cinnamon roll, a small apple pie, and a chocolate chip cookie and I have been extremely impressed thus far. The roasted garlic loaf has full roasted cloves folded into it! I wasn’t expecting that, and I am pleasantly surprised. The cinnamon roll was delicious and dare I say the chocolate chip cookie beat Mary’s mountain cookies in flavor and price. It was really affordable considering the cost of living in the area. We can’t wait to go back.
For me, The Bread Chic has the best sourdough available in Fort Collins. It is high quality and actually lasts longer than 2 days (if you can resist eating it faster than that!) Most other bread in Fort Collins goes stale after just a day or two. The loaves are also huge, unique in flavor options, and very fairly priced. Whether I buy in the shop or at the farmer’s market, it’s always a positive experience with fast, friendly interactions. I’m also a huge fan of their chocolate croissants.
Their sourdough bread is the best in Fort Collins, and reminds me of Maggie M's (don't know how to spell the last name; it was right across from the Mall before it was redeveloped). I've also tried their veggie sandwich and iut is so good that I don't miss not having any meat on it.
