LITTLE BIRD BAKESHOP REVIEWS

This is one busy bakeshop! And although the line looks long, the service is really quick and efficient. There’s lots of tables inside on two floors, plus tables and chairs out front and a patio up top. You can even read about the history of the school old house on the plaque at the main entrance. The brioche cinnamon roll with orange cream frosting is delicious. Be sure to try the monkey bread, too! They make a mean peanut butter sandwich cookie. Looking forward to a return visit!

Very cozy, home feel. The line is often long on weekends but moves fast and the place to stand does not interfere with the seat area. They also have a nice big outdoor area right on college. Their toasts and baked goods rival most other places in town. I like their mushroom toast the best.

Love this quaint little coffee shop/ bakery. Such a great atmosphere. Their lattes are amazing. Just wished they had a few more tables to sit outside and enjoy the morning. The inside had tons of different places to sit. Definitely will be going back.

RETREAT BAKERY BAR REVIEWS

My new favorite place for hanging out! I've been talking about this place for the last few weeks since I heard about it and it is so much better than imagined. The bakery items look perfect and they taste amazing. We looked at all the items in the case and chose a mini cheesecake and the chocolate caramel entremet. While I was ordering, the owner behind the counter told me they also serve beer, which totally made my day. He provided excellent service and made the experience that much more enjoyable. Both items were exquisite and they looked so perfect I didn't want to eat them...I got over that fairly quickly. The place was so relaxing and pleasant and made for a perfect morning (yes, I was drinking a morning beer). I was excited to see that they are open fairly late, which will make for a great dessert spot in the evening. If you like amazing bakery items, this is your place. Can't wait to return!

I recently hosted my friend’s tea party baby shower and used Retreat for desserts and pastries. I met with the new owners who took over in October. They were both so kind and professional, and did an incredible job not only in helping me plan but also in the execution of the food. Their products were the hit of the party, especially the scones!! Just about everyone there said they were the best scones they’d ever had. Retreat exceeded my expectations, we’re lucky to have such a talented neighborhood bakery!

Stopped by for the first time today, loved the pesto croissant and caramel latte! I took a caramel chocolate tart home for dessert and my family loved it! Really nice place to stop for a coffee/ treat.

The stuff at the bakery is very friendly and helpful. They made AND delivered the cake for my brother's 21 birthday, even though it was the next day order and they don't normally do the deliveries... Best bakery in Fort Collins! Huge fan- I highly recommended. Plenty of selection and very high quality goods. Some seating room indoors but limited. Friendly staff. Great setting. Everything we ate was delicious, you can’t go wrong.

The best bakery in NoCo hands down! From truffles and cookies to chicken pot pies and bagels and croissants and everything between, this is where you want to go. All homemade. All local.
