SERIOUS TEXAS BAR-B-Q REVIEWS

Not everything is bigger in Texas! But it is definitely here. Far from the lone star state, this little saloon certainly has all the beef in its barn. Delicious brisket, moist and slightly tender to hold up any cow boy’s spurs. The big steer ribs fell right of the bone and there was nothing shy of well feed cattle in this ranch. Kid or an adult, the Mac n cheese was off the wagon train delicious. There are plenty of signature sauces to flood the gates with. My favorite was the seriously Texas bbbq.

Fabulous flavor, super friendly service, & they aren't stingy with their portions. Turkey was a tad bit dry but tasted amazing in the salad. Good stuff!!!!

Love the BBQ Nachos! Been to all 4 STB's in Colorado, and Fort Collins is my favorite.

MO JEAUX'S BAR & GRILL REVIEWS

Music selection was good, the atmosphere was ...tavern-like (good thing). The bartender/server made sure we had everything we needed. The food came out quickly and was worth the drive. The burgers were delicious, and the hushpupies were just like I remembered from Long John Silver's. The tortilla chips were slightly stale, and the coleslaw could have used a little more tang and bite for my taste, but a little pepper helped. Definitely want to go back!

I'm a southern girl with a cajun husband, always looking for some good food! From the first juicy bite, I could tell this is a quality restaurant. In addition to the good eats, they also have great music playing! I heard Coheed and Cambria, A Perfect Circle, MCR, Gorillaz, and more. Would definitely eat here again.

If you are looking for the best Mardi gras meal in Northern Colorado, go to Mo Jeaux's. Amazing. If it's not Fat Tuesday, go there for great Cajun and BBQ

SMOK BBQ FORT COLLINS REVIEWS

This place is a little tricky to find next to the mall (it’s in between the movie theater and the burger place) but it is totally worth it. I went here on a Friday night with my family and had a great experience! Ordering was easy, food arrived quickly, staff were friendly, and most importantly, the food was great. I LOVE burnt ends and found that theirs were absolutely perfect. They also had a mushroom and brussels sprouts side that was super good. I literally cannot say enough good things about the oyster mushrooms in that dish. They are packed full of flavor but still juicy and delicious!!!! I mixed burnt ends, mushrooms, and mac and cheese together as leftovers the next day and it was still just as good. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

I was bless to have lunch at the great restaurant. The customer service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. I had the slow smoked brisket and smoked turkey which was by far the best I’ve ever had. Both were very juicy, well seasoned and smoked to perfection. This restaurant is a perfect 10/10!!! If you are in Fort Collins, Colorado this is a place you don’t want to miss out on. Thank you for an amazing experience!!!

First time visiting and what an awesome experience! There was seriously too much meat on the sandwich; I had to take some off. When was the last time someone said THAT about a restaurant?! Food was delicious and the staff was a delight — thanks, Ray, for the birthday wishes. Can't wait to go back again soon!
