Butterfly Bakery is The BEST bakery in Lincoln. From the cookies, to cakes and cupcakes, to pastries, to brownie bars, to custom orders, dog treats and more, Butterfly Bakery is my go-to bakery. Katie and Jenn have done an amazing job of creating the best treats in town in a welcoming and inclusive environment! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Stumbled upon this place while passing through Lincoln on my birthday. Quick google search revealed we were just a couple blocks away from a local bakery - and wandered in. Super folks helped us get a birthday cake for the road. Boxed it up, and we tossed it in a cooler for the drive home.
So many tasty options, even for doggos. I got a savory puff pastry and a lemon lavender cupcake. Both were scarfed down in minutes. I only wish the cupcake was a bit bigger, since it costs $5 each. Definitely worth checking out the daily specials.
