Have you ever eaten something so good that it brought tears to your eyes? Me either until I stopped in for lunch. I went in for a samdwich but decided on the falafel instead. It was soooo good I cried happy tears The very kind gentlman working behind the counter told me he makes the best falafel and he was not kidding! I will be back for more! Thank you Hopscotch Bakery for making my day!

AMAZING food! The vanilla bean cheesecake was the best I’d ever tasted. But what really meant a lot to me was the carrot cake. It’s my favorite cake by a mile, but I haven’t had it in 20 years because every single other variety puts pineapple in their carrot cake. Hopscotch Bakery does not use pineapple in their recipe! An absolute can’t-miss in Pueblo!

Bought some dessert for my party and even received some shout outs from various people. This was amazing. Vanilla bean cheesecake was fabulous! Thank you so much you folks are just as sweet as your desserts!
