Pueblo Dragon is a must-visit! The sesame chicken is absolutely top-tier—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly sauced every time. The food here is always fresh, hot, and consistently delicious. A special shoutout to Amanda, who provides perfect service—she's friendly, attentive, and makes every visit enjoyable. The staff here truly cares about their customers. On top of that, the prices are great, making it an excellent spot for a delicious and affordable meal. If you’re craving amazing Chinese food, look no further than Pueblo Dragon.

Always consistent with their food and it is always fresh. My family and I have been going here for years.It's a tiny, uncharismatic place with generously sized $10 lunch entrees. The hot and sour soup was perfect, the egg roll was piping hot and used a thin and crispy wrapper, and the chicken I had was without gristle or other inedible bits sometimes found at other restaurants. The waitress answered phones, got orders ready and served all tables with spectacular efficiency as well as friendliness.

Had lunch there, Great menu and prices. The food was Delicious. I had the mango shrimp, it was perfectly seasoned. Very enjoyable.

I just went in for my lunch break and I couldn't be more happy with the food and service. The food was perfect I was very impressed with hot and fresh everything was. I got a order of the crab and cheese wantons, Sweet and sour pork soup and the garlic Sauce Beef and Shrimp with an eggroll and fried rice. The portions are great everything I got would have been able to feed two people easy. The service was equally amazing my coworker had put in a pick up order and I was able to take it back to the office with me when I was finished eating. The only mild suggestion I have would be to get WIFI because the restaurant is located in a dead zone. However my food came out so fast that I hardly had time for anything else besides enjoying my meal.

So many items to choose from and not just Chinese. The portions are huge big enough for everyone to share and it tastes great. The inside is a little outdated but it's comfortable once you get seated and the staff are very welcoming. We had a great young lady as our waitress and she was super helpful and attentive. This was 2nd time being here and one of these times I'll come back and try the fried chicken or something new.

Love the food, everyone seemed really nice. My lady, her mom, and her mom's sister (including me) eat there on Monday 10/14/24. Lunch time and everything was great Would most definitely recommend this spot.

This is a fast casual Chinese Americanized restaurant like you see in any town except this one is EXCELLENT. The beef was flavorful and perfectly tender. The egg rolls are perfectly fried. The shrimp is fresh and perfectly cooked. For this type of restaurant you will not find better. Real professionals here and pueblo should be proud. Do I sound like I love it. I do! To the people writing bad reviews I say this. GET OUT OF THE HOUSE MORE! Same for the people writing 4 star reviews. Were you expecting lobster and a valet.

The egg rolls were top notch. I had the shrimp lo mein which came out delicious. My only complaint was the amount of cabbage vs noodles in it. It was almost a 50/50 ratio. Too much cabbage. Other than that the food was very good and the service was fast. Pricing is somewhat reasonable for the portion sizes. Expect to spend around $15 per person here for a single meal.

Traveling cross country, we made a visit to the Wonderful Bistro. There are numerous Mexican restaurants in the Pueblo Area so we decided to step of the beaten path. This chinese restaurant has beautiful decor, the service was great, prices average, food was hot, tasty and plentiful. We recommend this for couples and large groups.
